My girlfriend and I decided to get a massage and happened to come across a coupon. We called and they were available so we took it. My first impression was that it looked bad. The bathroom door was opened and revealed all their storage… a mess. I was thinking how bad can it be, it is in a big legit hotel. Well, the lady I had was so boney and she used her elbow and pressed so hard I jumped. Then she did a dry rub on my skin… tugging it like there was no tomorrow. There was nothing relaxing about the massage from the start! She worked at my skin like it was a marathon… the faster she rubs my skin, the better. Then she put a dry and very rough towel on my skin and then started rubbing, why… I don’t know. There was never a time when I wished my massage would end faster! The she did something with yanking my hair… by the time I walked out of there, I will so angry that my head and ears were shooting out steam… with my crazy hair, I looked the part. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! If I could give this zero stars in would!

I visited this spa as the result of being handed a flyer on a street corner while on vacation recently. I presented the flyer and said that I wanted the $ 59 Shiatsu massage. I received Swedish but was very happy nonetheless. When I went to pay, I was handed a bill for $ 69 plus a $ 14 service charge. I told the woman that their flyer said $ 59 and nowhere on their flyer does it say service fee additional. She blamed the confusion on a language barrier. With a scowl on her face, she reluctantly brought the bill to $ 59 plus a $ 12 service fee. I paid this as I would have given a $ 10 tip anyway. I am giving one star because of the bait and switch pricing. I would have otherwise given four stars.

When I came here to this spa, I had high expectations due to the prices. We were greeted, but not one time did the lady sit with us to talk about price. She said to just go to the room and take your cloths off. I don’t like how they don’t even ask you what kind of massage you want. They do whatever they want on their own. The massage was ok, but definetly not worth the price I paid for me and my spouse. We paid 200 for 2 regular massages. We had coupons for 50 bucks each. They do not include tip either like the one on kuhio next to mcdonalds. I don’t even know why I tipped 20 bucks. I will unfortunately never come here again. WHAT A RIPOFF! The one on kuhio that cost 60 bucks for 60 min is so much better and they include tip so it’s a good price. I give a one star because she didn’t even follow what your supposed to do when people Come in. On top of that we are local.
