Our company has made three orders from this company with great results. They really go out of there way prior to the execution of the printing. They did a great job with visualizing what we were trying to create which saved a lot of time for both of us.

After carefully reviewing quotes and business card print samples from six local print companies and several online print services, Valenti Print Group succeeded above them all in both price and print quality. It was then my fortune to experience the cheerful and friendly customer service skills of sales rep, Roger O., who in spite of a slew of email correspondence remained attentive, patient and very responsive throughout. We’re very thankful for the excellent quality and pricing of our business cards and we will continue to use them for our future printing needs.

I had a great experience with Valenti. My company did a cookbook for our centennial. I had never done anything like that but Roger, my contact, walked me through and was super responsive to all my questions. We ended up with a beautiful book — great print quality, binding, impressive finished product — and our employees and business partners are loving it! When we changed quantities, page counts, etc., it was never a big deal, Roger would provide revised quotes in hours, if not minutes. I had samples dropped off same day. They delivered the cookbooks early; I appreciate that they respected our deadline and were just as anal about meeting it as I was. I recommend them very highly.

Working in media and marketing, I run a lot of print jobs and, unfortunately, it seems like everything is always needed Now, Now, NOW!
You’d think they get tired of hearing it (or at least get a little pit in their stomach when my company shows up on their caller ID) but the staff at Valenti is consistently courteous, professional, and goes out of their way for their customers. No matter how demanding the nature of the requests, they always rise to the occasion with a smile and an order to get their delivery guy out the door and on the road for us.
I’ve always used them for large jobs, so the price beats places like Kinko’s by more than half. If you’re looking for a short-​run, I’m honestly not sure, but it’s worth giving them a call.
Quality is great. Prices are always comparable to, or better than, competitive bids. Service, once again, is #1.
