I had a rush job that HAD to be done that day and it was late in the day. I called other places but no one could help me. I called Hon Graphics and Peter answered. He was great! He checked with the printer & assured me that they could get my job done in time. They were done an hour earlier than anticipated! Also, instead of getting me to pay a higher price, they let me know where the price break was based on volume, so I got more for less money! Who does that??? Thanks so much Hon Graphics!

Hon Graphics is my go-​to printer for all my professional color printing needs! I’ve used them for photo cards, large format, foam boards, etc. I’m usually super last minute but they always get the job done with a super quick turnaround.

These guys are awesome! I needed 17 transfers printed overnight for a travel team jersey and Hon Graphics was able to help me out. You can’t beat that kind of service — especially here in Hawaii. I worked with Kyle and he was great.

This is a great place for copying any posters, flyers or any special documents you need. You never have to wait to be served for quick copying. The quality of the work is top notch. They have the best printing machines which results in the most vibrant colors. The staff is friendly and parking is so convenient, you park right outside their door. Also the price is right! Had managed several organizations before becoming a reluctant hotelier in Hawaii. Client service is always a tough challenge; in America it has become a false in many businesses.
Repeat, this is an orchid letter! A well deserved one. It is always a pleasure in any walk of life or endeavor to see professionalism demonstrated. New Kid on the Block
Located in the heart of growing and modernized Kakaako sits Hon Graphics. You would have a hard time missing them because the exterior of their building is a funny orange color and graphics that visually pop up.
My job was a small job; relative to what this company can do; that said, I am writing about the service, timeliness and quality for price of the job of plain ordinary copies. (Yes, I have my own copy machine but this duplication ran into the 100’s by count; single sided, double sided and the list goes on)
$.05 single sided; $.04 double sided 8 ½×11 regular copies was what I was charged; compared to their copy competitors and while I won’t mention names; the competition charges double that page price.
Service was excellent and my job was completed in no time flat. While I’m not sure; I believe the owners of this place are on the floor dealing with the actual production and customer service; something not seen often in this day and age.
The location, while new (is clean) and the equipment that lined the floor was pretty impressive. I’m sure you can get almost anything you want done there. The industry of signs and banners has progressively improved and advanced to machines generating your art compared to the 30 years ago process of a «human» hand painting or silk screening your banner or sign.
I know my next copy or graphic job will be produced by Hon Graphics

Last year, we went to Hon Graphics to order banners for our craft fair. We were so impressed with the attention-​to-​detail, speedy service and customer-​friendly approach from the folks at HON Graphics that we decided to use them again for our craft fair this year. I highly recommend these guys, I had two 8′ x 5′ photomurals printed and they came out quite nice. I also had a 6′ x 3′ banner made that came out very bitmapped, but it was the fault of the file and not Hongraphics. In trying to work out a solution I decided that the banner needed to be reprinted. I was willing to pay for a second version since it was our mistake, but Francis took care of us and did not charge for the second version. They went out of their way to make sure all the material I had was just right. The tech-​support was great. Thank you very much, I will be a regular

Quality of work is great.
A bit expensive compared to online alternatives (for business cards etc.)
Make sure to get a quote on your job first, I had a scanning job done and didn’t clarify how much it would be. It ended up being quite a bit more expensive then I anticipated for a simple scanning job. Otherwise, if you get all your prices and quotes discussed upfront, they’re a great business.

Hon Graphics does beautiful work quickly. Our store has printed about a dozen vinyl banners and posters with them over the past year and they’ve always been professional, flexible, responsive, and reasonably priced. I’ve recommended them personally to friends as well. Extremely satisfied.

I needed large size banners for an upcoming event and was on a deadline.
After stumbling upon Hon Graphics, their website was able to direct me towards their services and it suited the requirements I was looking for.
When inquiring over the phone the staff there were very helpful and made sure to explain and answer thoroughly any questions I had. Our emails back and forth were prompt. They also were able to print all the banners within one full working day.
Upon receiving the finished product I was very pleased and the quality was nothing less than expected.

My boss called up two days ago, was told his banner was ready for pickup. I went in this morning. It wasn’t ready. The quality of the work is excellent, BUT, they are NOT reliable.

His staff is super nice, and even when I had to make two 20×30 glossy prints last min before leaving to California, Hon’s did such a great job… that now one of the 20×30 is hanging up in a San Diego Hotel!!! I called this business to get a quote on lamination, which is listed as one of their services on their website. The owner was so rude! He told me my job was too small and they wouldn’t do it. Too bad for him this was a test piece that I will be needing many thousands of units laminated.
Go elsewhere. I recommend Professional Imaging in the same neighborhood.
