Business Owner

Justin Smith has more than 10 years of marketing, management and executive experience in the technology, start-​up, and real estate industries and has been recognized with multiple industry awards.

Prior to founding Up to Speed Media LLC, Justin Smith served as eMarketing Manager at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Hawaii’s largest real estate company with 5 offices and over 400 Realtors. As eMarketing Manager, Smith oversaw all company and agent website operations and social media, as well as the company’s E-​Team of agents.

For his role as a technology expert and leader in the Hawaii real estate industry, Smith was honored as a member of Pacific Business News’ «Forty Under 40″ in 2011. Smith was also recognized by Pacific Edge Magazine as «Young Professional of the Year» in 2011 (finalist).
