We’ve been here twice and currently a third time for three different cars. We had work done on the sides and front bumpers on 3 toyotas and they did a pretty good job, we would definitely go back if we need work done again. I just miss the email updates that we used to get… but we don’t seem to get those anymore.

Bad work on my car had to have work repeated three times and still crappy the job yet they made me feel bad as if to say due to my dissatisfaction of the quality of their work that nothings wrong it’s all ok

Due to a recent fender bender, I needed to take my personal car into repair. The insurance company gave me a list of suggestions, but let me know that some of these were busy and it could take a while.
After looking over the list and checking around,
I chose Unibodytech.
They were professional, helpful and sincere. I was taken at the appointment, everything was explained to me well before they scheduled the work and they gave me a good estimate. Since they had an Enterprise rent A Car on site, it was easy to get to a rental vehicle. Dropping; r off my vehicle was quick and they checked over the car one more time. They gave me an ETA and warned me that there could be delays.
A few days before the scheduled ETA, they had my vehicle ready. It was full repaired and looked much better than before the accident. I was impressed with the work and the service. It was one of the best experiences I have had. I definitely recommend them.

Vance and staff are really nice and repair did not take as long as I thought it would take! Phew!!! so happy to have my own car back all fixed and nice!!!

These guys have great customer service! Vance, the service tech was courteous, prompt and very helpful. He offered to set up a loaner for me while my bumper was replaced. They finished early and he called me to right away. Enterprise rent-​a-​car has a desk right there and setting up the loaner was effortless. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Customer service was great. But when I first picked up my car after having my front bumper replaced and painted, I found deep swirl marks on the fresh paint. So I call back and again the customer service was great. They even paid for my rental while it was getting fixed. I picked my car up again to find the swirl marks still there and even worse they didn’t even match the paint to the rest of the car. They could have at least blended it… not recommending this place next time. Sorry guys.

Let’s face it, fender benders suck. Even if insurance has you covered, there’s the lingering feeling of whether your bumper will ever be the same now that it is dented and paint chipped off. It’s like having a zit right between your eyes.
Don’t sweat it because Unibodytech Auto Collision Repair can fix it. They will match the paint exactly to your car whether or not it is a custom color, and put your bumper back like it was better than before.
Most remarkably, I’ve seen their work on a friend’s Hyundai Sonata. Not the Sonata! After being side swiped, the door looked like it would fall off. After getting it back from Unibodytech, that Sonata had a beautiful driver’s door … and the rest was history.

Driving a 1980 Commuta-​Car means you can’t find parts or get service.
Other than trying to fix it myself, or finding shops so desperate for business they will try anything.
Sometimes they make matters worst, then not only I have to fix the problem, but I have to undo the mess they did.
I don’t blame them. My car is so old any way.
Enter Unibody auto body repair.
Have visited them three times already, and the more they get to know my car, the better they keep getting.
I keep being afraid that one day they might say «Go Away». But for an established shop who keeps willing to service my car, and rates are reasonable for custom work. I’m keeping them.
Some shops charge me double for custom or special repairs. As far, they been charging me their regular rates.

My friend (who’s into cars) told me this is the best place to fix car in Oahu so we went and IT IS
TRUE!
We are very satisfied with their job and again, this place is a keeper!

I give this place a one for effort! I brought my 2014 mercedez to get some paint & body work done! It took 2 ½ weeks to finish my car! Paint had a lot of rubbish/​dust inside! Brought it back & took another week to finish! They probably just wet sanded the car, buff & polish! I noticed when they wet sand they cut thru my clear coat at the body line! Now im stuck with a bad paint job! I would not recommend this place to my family & friends! Poor quality work!

Michael always takes care of me. Not that I like to be here, but if you need some work done Uni-​body Tech is where I go.

Stop on for an estimate — no need the hassles of «make an appointment «(for an estimate? You’re kidding right?)
If you agree to the estimate, welcome to a well organized system– paperwork approved, you are given an appointment day to drop off your car.
Enterprise rent a car is in site with cars on site as well so if you need a rental the process is seamless. You’re checked in, the rental is waiting for you and off you go.
Did I mention the continued phone calls and messages keeping you abreast of your work order? Did I mention the keurig coffee while you’re signing papers and checking in? Did I mention the service as top notch?
They have agreements with quite a few insurance companies on site so it’s like a one stop shop.
Best part? My baby was so pretty when I picked her up. I may go back there occasionally if I need little touch ups and definitely a great cup of coffee

Definitely recommending this shop to my friends/​family… Staff was professional and nice especially Ruby… Was quoted 4 days for repair completion but was done before it’s deadline … Mahalo for fixing my fender and color matching my paint perfectly!

Recently I got into a fender bender (not my fault btw) anyway, the got sent here from geico and thank god it wasn’t a half a** repair shop, the geico guy (didn’t catch his name) was super friendly and easy to talk to, as well as the rental car lady (didn’t get her name either lol) they were very understanding and helpful.
That was just a summary…
I called scheduling an appointment to get my car checked out and the girl on the phone said she had an appointment in a couple days and if I brought it in that day they would be able to start working on my car on April 2^nd, so I when I got there that day, the geico guy checked out my car, he explained to me that he’s going to try his best to get my bumper replaced instead of just fixed, which was what I was hoping for, then I went back into the office to schedule the appointment and the lady said «were looking at the 3^rd week of April» so I mentioned to her what was said to me on the phone and she made that accommodation for me, (which was awsome!) so I brought it back on the 2^nd, I checked my car in and waited for the rental and paper work to be handled, the rental car lady took me out to the rental car which I actually didn’t like so asked for another and she had no problem finding me a car I wanted, she was supper sweet! Sooo the day I picked up my car I couldn’t have been happier they not only fixed my bumper but cleaned my car inside n out even my rims and tires!!! Couldn’t be more satisfied! I hate those repair shop with disgusting guys with ego trips that think I don’t know if their ripping me off or not. So wether I get into another accident or just need work on my car I’m coming here for sure!

The great reviews are all true. This is a top autobody shop because they do the work for less than other shops I got estimates from and they did it on time and with with friendly service. They text you updates so you know what’s going on with your car. I highly recommend them.

I was rear ended on the freeway. I picked Unibodytech from a list that the insurance recommended. The staff was helpful and even called Hertz to set up my rental. They told me that it would take 3 days, and it was ready in 3 days. Bumper looks great. When I picked up my car, it was washed and vacuumed out. Really great service!

Between my husband and I, we’ve brought our vehicles here at least three times and every single time the service was amazing from beginning to end! From checking in with the friendly receptionist to meeting the insurance rep to picking up my car, everyone is helpful and gracious.
Even though I live in Ewa, I always bring my car here because I know they will take car if my car and the repairs will be done right.
Highly recommend this shop, especially if you have GEICO too. They work so well together and make things so easy and convenient. Even though my car for broken into late on a Friday night and everything was closed over the weekend, I was able it make my appointment online through GEICOs website and have peace of mind.
Today I was in and out in about an hour and it was truly a group effort. Every person I spoke to, Sky with GEICO to Shawn with Enterprise –everyone was so amazingly helpful. They definitely made my negative situation into a positive one.

I’ve always used Unilocal for restaurant or business suggestions but until today I have never had an experience that prompted me to write a review. :)
Five days ago my front left tire blew after hitting a POTHOLE on the H1 freeway (I’m ok… thanks). My tires are some kind of special tires. Last time I changed one of them it had to be ordered and it took over a week for the tire to arrive at that particular shop! BOO.
Unibodytech kindly fit me into their schedule because they already HAD a complete set of my ‘special’ tires available in their warehouse! They gave me options of tire brands with what I like to call, amazing ROCK STAR prices. When I arrived there this morning to drop off my car I pulled into their very spacious service driveway and easily found my way to the front office. BTW, if you need a rental car, they have Enterprise services there ready to help you. After a breezy check-​in, I simply went to run errands and wait for the pick-​up call. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was surprised to see them polishing up my tires after my car had been thoroughly WASHED! WOW… new tires and a shiny car! I was updated about the services provided for me and paid out at the front office. The entire experience was fast and courteous. Now that I know they basically do EVERY KIND OF CAR SERVICE here, I am definitely bringing my car back! Why would I go anywhere else?
I highly encourage you to try this service center, they are popular but for a good reason. You pay for what you get, and you can’t beat great service.

In 2007 I was T-​boned by a minivan that caused $ 16,000 in damages. My insurance company recommended Unibodytech. They did a great job at restoring my truck.
Fast forward to 2012. I have these creaking sounds coming from the front end of my truck. I go back to Unibodytech to have them check it out. The estimate was for a couple of struts and some bushings. The work took a day but the noise didn’t go completely away. The mechanic wasn’t happy so he said to bring it back. Well after having the truck in the shop 3 separate times, due to me needing it back for the weekend and other scheduling issues, they finally found the defective bushing and replaced it at no additional charge to me. And in addition to that, they washed my truck.
Thanks to the friendly staff and relentless mechanic that wasn’t satisfied with his work until he got it in 100% working condition. I’m very satisfied.
