Description

Specialties

We specialize in a famous chicken broth that is so rich and tasty, that it’s habit forming. The soup is boiled with chicken and vegetables for over 10 hours making it very rich and full of collagen. This specialty is Tenkaippin’s original Kotteri ramen which many try to copy, but do not succeed. Also try our original menu items which are only available at Tenkaippin Ramen. New «Tan Tan» ramen, black tonkotsu, spicy ramens, and garlic steak.

History

Established in 1981.

Tenkaippin is a Japanese restaurant chain specializing in ramen noodles. What makes Tenkaippin different from other ramen shops is their signature broth which takes 10 hours to prepare. Their slogan is «kuse ni naru aji» which translates taste that is habit forming. Currently there are over 220 chains in Japan and just one in Hawaii. Most all ingredients are shipped from Japan and the soup itself is shipped too. Come try real authentic Japanese ramen that will make you come back for more.
