Kula Kai Acupuncture is honored to provide acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to the island of Oahu. As of 2015 we are taking appointments at our new Honolulu location at 619 Kapahulu Avenue.

We treat a wide variety of conditions including but not limited to stress, pain, headaches, women’s health issues, insomnia, and neuropathy. Kula Kai Acupuncture looks forward to partnering with its patients on their journey toward health and well-​being.

History

Established in 2011.

Kula Kai Acupuncture was founded by Mariya Kai Gold, Licensed Acupuncturist. As of January 2015, Kula Kai Acupuncture is offering treatments in Honolulu at 619 Kapahulu Ave, Suite #208.

In 2006 a shoulder injury brought Mariya to her first acupuncture appointment. Becoming fascinated by this medicine, Mariya began working at that very same acupuncture clinic where she had her first treatment. Shortly thereafter she enrolled herself in the 4 year Masters of Science program at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Honolulu, HI. In 2010 Mariya furthered her studies, traveling to China where she attended an Advanced Course of Chinese Medicine at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Mariya is trained in treating a wide variety of issues including but definitely not limited to pain, post traumatic stress disorder, women’s health, and allergy elimination. Mariya considers it an honor and a privilege to be able to use her knowledge and experience to help people who are seeking physical, mental and spiritual balance.
