With only my simple explanation of the network problem I was facing, tech handyman Jonathan, was able to understand my problem give me simple instructions to correct it and he got me up and running.

Okay so I was gifted a year subscription to techhandymens THInc Safe service for Christmas but I didn’t redeem it until today, because this morning my work computer suddenly began operating abnormally slow. I was frustrated so I called up Tech Handymen to cash in my Christmas gift and scheduled a call back with their remote monitoring guy. He called back when he said he would and after installing a program he was able to remotely view my computer while on the phone with me and do a brief diagnosis of my operating system. Turns out I’ve somehow accumulated the LOAD of malware and harmful programs over the years, even with a virus protection service. The handyman got to work quickly cleaning up my computer and told me in the morning he will have an accumulated list of programs he’d recommend to uninstall. The best part about all this though: my computer is getting fixed and I don’t have to tell my boss it was in the craps!

Tech Handymen was recommended to me from a friend from Hawaii. We used them to update the website for our business, which needed an overhaul to be mobile and tablet friendly. The website looks great, and their team was very quick and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and did not nickel and dime us for everything; the final bill was lower than I expected, and lower than other competitor quotes I had received. Their remote support staff is also very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and was always able to get my questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for website design or remote computer support.

This is great service and worth every cent. The tech was prompt and willing to work around my schedule. I would call them again but problem solved and I don’t think I’ll need them again because he told me how to fix it. Ive used other services before and they never went the extra step to make sure i wouldnt have future issues. I definitely would recommend them to your friends and family.

I used to help my parents resolve their basic computer issues, but now that I’m not at home I can’t do much for them when they come across tech problems. I’m so glad that the tech here is so friendly and efficient! They arrived promptly to check out the problem on the computer, there was a virus and the anti-​virus was way out of date. They promptly fixed the problem and helped them update what was necessary so my parents can access the internet safely.
My mom streams her movies but watches them on the little monitor and it kills her back and eyes. At the same time, they don’t want to spend a bunch to upgrade all the electronics. The tech offered other options to satisfy my mom’s new hobby, they got the part and connected everything. So now my mom can watch her movies on the flat screen instead of killing herself sitting in front of the computer! She can’t be any happier.
I’m glad my parents found these guys, now I have one less thing to worry about being away from home. Thanks!
