Established in 2015.
We started our business to fill the need in Hawai’i of active people who are struggling with decreasing quality in health care and to start a central location for active people to come and receive the highest quality care.
Meet the Business Owner
Scott L.
Business Owner
I am an experienced Physical Therapist and athlete. I started young playing baseball, basketball and soccer and snowboarding. What was left of my time was spent exploring the outdoors of my backyard – the mountains of Boulder, Colorado. I kept active in sports through my childhood and adolescent years. I participated as a student athletic trainer in college at the University of Oklahoma where I worked with the football and baseball teams. I continued onto PT school at the University of Southern California. In 2011, I graduated with my DPT then returned to Colorado as the Team PT for the Denver Broncos Football Club. I spent two seasons working with the team. Following this, my wife and I moved to Hawai’i and I gained further orthopedic experience working for 2 years at Jaco Rehab prior to starting our new adventure with Surf and Shore Physical Therapy and Performance Center, LLC. In Hawai’i I have continued my passion for being active with hiking, surfing, and CrossFit.
