Business Owner

Hang Boge is the founder of Stretch Your Potential. Born in Tuy-​Hoa and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She became an accomplished athlete in Vietnam at an early age. At the peak of her career, she was undefeated at the highest level of tumbling and acrobatics for five years. She moved from Vietnam to Hawaii with her family at age 13.

Hang was forced to give up gymnastics because of chronic back pain, but now uses her experience to coach others. For 16 years, she has coached gymnastics at various levels and ages in three states. She formed, and co-​owns, the California Gymnastics Academy.

She has worked with a variety of clients, from elite athletes and award winning magicians to women entrepreneurs who wanted to stretch their potential. She has successfully helped her clients breaking through emotional and money blocks so they can enjoy the process of reaching their full potential in life and in business.

As a fellow certified Life Coach (I have specialty areas) I can tell you that Hang is exemplary, effective and helped me to create great positive change in my life!
She meets ocean side with an amazing system that truly works. I didn’t know what to expect but was made completely comfortable and Hang made it comfortable to share and be open.
They say the «Shoemakers kids never have shoes.» so for me to see a fellow life coach was a bit of a stretch for me but now I can now recommend Hang to many of my friends, family and associates!

Life coach, Guru, whatever you want to call it. Hang was able to help me let go of a lot of things that were holding me back in life. She certainly helped me see things in a different way, she completely changed my perspective. Ever felt stuck and aren’t sure what to do? I’ve got great advice… call Hang! You see, I was one of those people who thought I was going through a tough time in life but could handle it, could deal with it. But little did I realize that days, then weeks, then months were passing by and I still was somehow stuck in this bad space that I couldn’t seem to get away from. Then Hang helped me. She’s got a positive energy and great insight and intuition!!! I think she is able to help anyone who feels «not quite right» at the moment. kind of like me. Maybe once, maybe twice, you may NEED to see her but after that you will WANT to see her because she is such a dynamic, caring, happy, and energetic person.

I went to see Hang when I was 8 months pregnant with my second child. My first birth experience was traumatic for me and I spent the first 8 months of this unexpected pregnancy in emotional turmoil reliving the past and fearing the future. I knew that my emotional response to the beginning of labor could greatly impact my second birth experience and I was scared that I would create another traumatic event (in terms of my response during the birthing time). I knew of EFT, and had tried to use it on this issue, but it was too involved for me to do in my own and I made little progress. I had also been in months of traditional therapy that resulted in increased understanding of the trauma but zero resolution of the emotions.
I will be forever grateful for learning of Hang and working with her before the birth. It took a full three sessions but after working with her I was excited and happy for our new baby to join us. I cried tears of happiness with the gift of this new perspective when our sessions ended. The birth experience was everything and more than I could have hoped for. Our baby arrived after about two hours of labor. I still smile thinking of the birth, and as a huge plus I can now remember my first child’s birth with respect and gratitude for the lessons I learned.
I highly recommend anyone to work with Hang. She is enormously talented at what she does, and others that I have referred her to have found the same value. I see her work being applicable to any and all aspects of life and I plan to continue working with her myself.

Hang came to me as an unexpected blessing! I was not seeking a life coach nor had I thought about it but I had dreams I was intensely reaching for yet I alone did not have the clarity or confidence to carry them out. I was also feeling unsure and even hindered by some of my personal relationships. When I met Hang and found out about her life coaching service it was unquestionably the best thing I could do for the betterment of my life. My sessions with Hang played a huge role in pointing me in a direction that has brought me success on a number of levels. The positive results of the work I did with her are continued to unfold.
Firstly, Hang helped me to accept and release the ways I was dealing with some of personal relationships that made me feel uncomfortable. She then helped me to focus on what would work. I truly do feel so much better about my inner circle of friends and family now. As far as my work path, early this year it felt like my goals were out of reach and bigger than me but now so much has come together as if it were magic. Hang helped me to sit down and set clear and realistic goals for myself and gave me the homework to achieve those goals. I am feeling a much deeper sense of satisfaction and confidence about my work than I ever have before, it is amazing. I am so grateful to Hang, her life coaching session played a huge role in my recent success.

A Google search for Life Coaches and these (very on point) Unilocal reviews lead me to Hang. (So, thank you everyone!) I decided to «pay it forward» by writing one of my own, since I’ve grown immensely from her 10 Week Program, which I graduated from a couple months ago.
In the past I’ve seen psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors –you name it– and none of them really helped me get over… what I needed to get over. I’d heard about life coaches and thought «why not?» it couldn’t hurt. I expected we’d work on life’s present issues. What I didn’t even anticipate was that, by doing so, we’d also clear out the baggage I’ve held on to throughout my life. Hang uses her special blend of coaching and EFT to get you results. I felt very at ease speaking with her about very personal thoughts and experiences. She is caring and yet to the point, which I find refreshing. I too looked forward to our meetings, and the setting at Magic Island only helped facilitate healing (phone calls were just as effective but not as pretty). Your success is her success. At the end of the 10 weeks we’d touch base and she eventually partnered me up with another graduate from the program to lean on and work with, an accountability partner to maintain the foundations. But if you really need her, a session is never far. I’ve felt the positive changes within me, and most importantly my family has seen and felt those changes too. Her method of employing EFT may be seen as unconventional to some but isn’t that why you’re here in the first place; because the conventional ways of handling things haven’t worked for you either? Her 10 Week Program was the best investment I have ever made. I cannot recommend her enough. I do, however, recommend that you keep an open mind (and leave your pride at home) because she will truly guide you to be the person you want to be.
