Used to come here more often a few years ago when I worked in the area… the parking was free back then, but now there is a two hour limit and a couple of times have gone over and had to pay $ 3…so don’t come here much because most of the other Starbucks all have free parking with no worries if you are there longer than 2 hours…

A busy location so why only one person the register?! Nothing is more frustrating than standing in line for 20 minutes because there is one cashier and five people standing behind the bar talking to each other. You would think that at 8:30 am when the world wants coffee you would provide better, faster service. Not a location that I would recommend.

Probably the worst starbucks on the island. This dumb fat asian chick was making the drinks and after making each drink, she would call out a name and look at me as if she was trying to guess if the drink she just made was mine, when in actuality was purposely skipping over my turn in line and making other peoples drinks and calling their names to have an excuse to make my drink last. Waited over 15 minutes for a freaken frappuccino. Keep in mind this happened last year, however i felt like people should know what kind of idiots work there… and it doesn’t look like it’s getting any better based on some of the previous reviews posted with pictures. I guess the owner and the franchise doesn’t care about the quality of service being provided to their customers.

Try the coffee clover, you won’t be disappointed! I was a skeptic at first but my Pike is smother than normal. There is a few cents increase, just be aware but I think it’s worth it. Yum yum!

Great place to study! Wifi, plenty tables, and not too crowded. Only thing is that it doesn’t stay open too late. It’s has very cold AC too so you may want to bring a jacket. SERVICE is friendly and my drinks always comes out good. PARKING is pretty good. There’s plenty of parking but the only downfall is that it’s now gated and you have to get a validation which is free for 2 hours. But it’s not they’re fault so I won’t deduct a star. ATMOSPHERE is clean and it’s mostly business people there. This is one of my best Starbucks location to go if I need to study or chill out!

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. No greeting when we came in. He wasn’t even looking at us when we were ordering. Let alone talk. Then our cup sat there for a bit waiting for our drink to be made. While 3 other workers were standing and sitting around talking. And taking crap about customers. We get our coffee and it tastes like it has been sitting all day. I drink the same thing all the time so I know when coffee tastes old. We sat at the table and the girl came behind us to restock the napkins. She just left the box there. And went to talk to her friends again. I know how serious Starbucks is with customer service. Maybe they should take a look into this one again. One star because the store was clean.

I have had a positive overall experience at ATC Starbucks. The facilities are maintained well(that is, not dirty beyond what a day’s rush does), the baristas are friendly, and the coffee is delicious. The line was a little long, but the ringing barista got it down fast — I was in line for maybe three minutes, tops. The girl who rang me up was quick and concise and I received my beverage(Brazil Santa Ines) pretty quickly. The girl on bar(Justine) was also more than happy to validate my parking. As I mentioned before, the lobby area is spacious and relatively clean. There’s a few areas that need attention, like seating area floors that have people’s crumbs. Usually the condiment bar is the messiest part of the lobby, but it was speckless this time around. The only thing I’d say this store has to work on is consistent employee friendliness and connection. While the girl on the register was fast in ringing me up, she didn’t bother to call me to the register — I had to assume she was ready for me based on her deep gaze into my glasses. I say glasses because the usual connection one feels when someone peers into your eyes(your sooouuuul) wasn’t present. She had that«I just barely survived morning rush» half-smile. And, despite the fact that she kindly asked for my name to write on the cup, no name was written and, thus, no name was called. Again, I had to assume that the tall Brazil Santa Ines was mine. Otherwise, everyone offered eye contact and a genuine smile, pre– and post-rush.

The iced coffee is pretty good here. This is my first time here. I’ll definitely come back. The baristas are friendly and the place is pretty large and clean.

These points were concluded after multiple visits: –Inconsistent service –Sitting area unkept, dirty table tops, chairs, and floors –Bar area could benefit from at least a wipe down every so often –Zero smiles from staff –Cold Brew Iced Coffee tasted/looked murky –Drinks made out of order, staff often creates drinks for people they know before people they do not(I ordered an unsweetened iced coffee with soy — two ingredients, and it was done after the ‘barista’ made her friends drink) –Staff wearing inappropriate uniforms(fitted and thin black skirt) –Staff appearing irritated when explaining about the new parking validation procedures All in all, we the customers, work hard to earn our money and choose to come to SB to grab a nice treat for ourselves. The least we deserve is a welcoming smile and accurate service…

The service was great as expected for a Starbucks. The seating was the biggest I’ve seen so far in Hawaii.

A Cali native, but visited from Japan. It’s been years since I have been to a State side Starbucks and was happy I stopped by at this location. Yea, super busy since it’s right by the airport and by the two hotels but the quality never deteriorated during my visit.

I luv luv luv this Starbucks! Figured it was time I write a review since I have over 40 check-ins at this location. I can swing by on my way to the Honolulu office anytime in the AM They open earlier than most, 4:00AM and if I’m hitting the office by 5:00 I stop here for a double, triple shot of espresso to kick start my morning. There is always parking in the lot and it is close to the airport and my office in Mapunapuna. Wi-fi is available and you see a number of people sitting and working their little fingers off even at 5:00. Unclear if they are students, self-employed or just hanging out that early but they seem to always be there. It is spacious and fast and seems newer that some. All the items you encounter at all the other Starbucks and in the display cases, donuts, brownies, fritters, yogurt, waters and sandwiches. Hot sandwiches are available too. They can also make the big box take out coffee for meetings which is a plus but call before coming in for this one or you may be waiting for 10 – 15 minutes. Some of us learn the hard way! Love the egg salad on wheat and grab one if available. Friendly baristas and order takers will make your morning experience so much nicer. Moves faster than most of it’s kind too and until they open a drive thru in Mapunupuna I will be stopping here.

The barristas are fast and pleasant. Even on the days I see them have some«challenging» customers, lets face it, we’re all much nicer people –after– our morning coffee, they’ve been nothing but cheery and nice. The barristas are great! Let’s face it, I’ve refused repeat service to many a coffee shop for burning my espresso /coffee. This has –never– happened here. So, I’ve recently started putting orders in for carafes when we have big meetings. I find that $ 40 is a small price to pay for happy, alert business people. These carafes are great, they keep the coffee hot, they come with cups, creamer, all kinds of sweetener, napkins, and stirrers. They think of everything! Seriously, this has saved my okole on more than one occassion. It’s best to call and put the order in the day before just so it’s ready when you come to pick it up and you dont have to wait for them to brew another pot or something. And lastly — Thank You for being so nice to me in the morning when I’m still dragging my feet and muttering unintelligibly!

What’s not to like about this Starbucks location? We’ve been here several times and it’s about time that I write a review. It’s conveniently located near the Honolulu International Airport with a large parking lot. We’ve stopped here while either waiting to pick up an arrival or after dropping off someone at the airport. It has been recently renovated to look like the other Starbucks coffeehouse by LEED certified designers and using eco-friendly sustainable building practices. Apparently, there is also a push for the interior designers of the coffeehouses to reflect the character of the neighborhood, too. The baristas are quite friendly and efficient. Whenever we’ve been here, if there was a line, the baristas were able to keep up a good work pace to get the beverages out in a timely manner and correct to the customer requests. We did come here when there were only a few patrons. The baristas on-duty were able to chat with us and still got our orders out quickly. The premises were clean and the condiments were well-stocked. Admittedly, we’re not«regulars» at this site but from what we’ve experienced, our beverages have always been prepared in a timely manner and served at the proper temperature. #326

The Starbucks on Paiea St is my waiting spot for HNL arrivals. Why would you wait on the cell phone waiting street when you could be sipping on a Flat White, a Chai Latte or a Tea-Lemonade fusion? For hot food items, I like the Spinach-Feta-Egg Wrap, only 290 calories, and pretty tasty. They also have a pretty good variety of grab and go snack packs in the refrigerated cases. They always have a line in the morning, but it moves fast enough and the parkings free while you wait.

I sometimes go to the airport to pick up friends but the securities won’t let me pull over and wait for friends, not even a couple of minutes, so I go to this Starbucks and kill time while waiting for them to call me to get them. It gets busy… Maybe other people are picking up somebody at the airport??? Well anyway, the staff are nice and try to make coffee as quick as possible.

In general I think starbucks is a bit over priced, but as far as this individual location goes, the service and product at this location is good. Last time I went, the staff were very friendly in taking my order. Also has outdoor seating which is nice, and of course free wifi.

Since my last review, this Starbucks location has been renovated. The renovations have given the store a nice, fresh look. Their counter has been«flipped around» so you order on the left as you walk in and wait for your drink on the right now. They now have a nice, large fridge section on the left wall near the cash register with their box meals, sandwiches and bottled drinks. They got rid of the couches and replaced all of them with wooden tables and chairs. There’s more counter space and window seating towards the back not. I am digging this new look. What I am not digging, however, is the fact that the new morning crew has slowed down. There are a lot of new faces and it seems they can’t pump out drinks as quickly as they used to. My wait in line for my drinks are longer with this new crew. They still have a couple of their awesome seasoned employees but overall, this new crew has had a hard time picking up the pace.
