Very tasty char siu maybe better than Fong’s.
I can’t wait try the roast park.
I wish they would use a container instead of wrapping paper for the meat.
You can order a complete roast baby pig for special events.

The roast pork and char siu at Sing Hing is the best I have had in awhile.
I tried Fong’s and Char Siu house and they are good as many say but I really
find the roast park and char siu at Sing Hing to be the best of the three.
The meat is lean, juicy and tasty and the crusty skin on the roast pork is really ono.
I would recommend you give it a try. You will not regret it, I promise.

If you have a craving for Roast pork, or Char siu, this is the place to go. Also just ordered a whole roasted pig for a party, reasonable prices. Pig professionals.
