Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Came in with my gf went in to buy some paint n supplies. Came in looked for what we needed and was surprised that there was a non existence customer service staff so we just left and took our money to city mill with better prices n service.

I am so happy that this store is here, the customer service is fantastic. They matched a paint chip that I pulled off my wall. amazing…also very helpful with paint colors… and suggestions for painting our old home… I was happy they let me bring my dog inside on a leash and wait… Mahalo and aloha Teri and Sadie marcus

Noe was extremely helpful. Spent a good amount of time looking through my past purchases to try and find my color. Didn’t happen but still very helpful.

More expensive than home depot, but quality is much better

Went there to get a specific color I want (more to like creamy purple mixing with some green) the sample color dot on top of the lid shows straight up gray. I double checked it if thats the right color I want with the sale person and he said yes, it’s just because it’s not dry yet. So I assume maybe that’s just the process how it works.
I got home and painted a small area and let it sat for a good 24hrs and it is gray.

This store is very small and parking can be limited since they only have about 6 — 8 parking stalls. Try not to go first thing in the morning if you can help it– many contractors are there picking up what they need for the day.
Even though it is not a large location — the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly would not have been able to figure my way around the maze of colors they have without them! They take the time to explain types of paints that will fit your needs and price, as well as colors. My only problem is I spend too much there when I go — :)
I also appreciate their app which is great to mix and match colors and get their latest sale information from. Or you can sign up and give them your email address to get notifications of in store specials. It seems silly, but paint and supplies are expensive so when you can save 40% off you have to!
The other benefit of being a customer there is you are put into their system so every order of paint that you make is remembered. So if you forget the name of a certain paint — no problem they can look that up for you! If you have a paint job that needs to be done — go there and check out the selection!

Best paint in the business hands down! I did not know this until I tried to skimp and when with a cheaper brand for another wall. FAIL! The workers were very nice too. The workers were very patient when edumacating me about paints. Just know that when you come here you are coming strictly for paints and paint supplies!

This is where the professionals go if they have a choice in paint. At least this is the place my painting contractor told me to pick up paint when I had our place redone. I listened and got all my paint from here and nearly five years later, the paint job has stood the test of time. I’ve never had any uneven coloring or distortion, which some of my friends have experienced with Behr paint and others.
I love the great selection of paint supplies. I also like that they do keep records of your previous purchases in case you forget the color you picked up and need a bucket for touch ups. Finally, there’s «generally» someone on staff who can provide some advice.
Recently, I decided to take on a DIY project redecorating (aka repainting) a room. For a couple of minutes I was a little concerned about the service because a sales person was a little light on training. I came in with room dimensions asking how much paint to get. The sales person hesitated and we bumbled through a couple of math equations until fortune emerged and someone else stepped forward to help me navigate this part.
I picked up a new shade of pale and some painting supplies and because of the quality of this product, have every confidence the DIY effort will turn out well.
