Specialties

I teach people how to move better. Movement is like an invisible thread that connects all physical activity, so if you want everything to get better, you start with movement.

My specialty is helping people learn to be more resilient in their movement patterns. This is great for people who are rehabbing an injury. A large majority of injuries can be placed back to bad movement, by addressing these issues not only can I help someone become fully functional post-rehab, I can also help them bulletproof their movement patterns so they don’t re-injure themselves.

I also work with people to improve their overall level of fitness. This includes: decreasing body fat, increasing muscle, improving endurance and conditioning, and increasing strength. I spent 4 years as a US Marine, I’ve trained as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, Strongman, and I’m very proficient with Kettlebells, so I have developed plenty of tools over the years to help anyone get into great shape.

So now the question I have for you is: are you ready to make a change?

History

Established in 2013.

SYS Training systems was created on the idea that all physical activity is connected by a single common theme — Movement. No matter what activity you enjoy doing, the one surefire way you can improve what you’re currently doing is by improving how well you move.

At SYS Training Systems, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. When someone allows us to join them on their journey into fitness, we are both honored and humbled. We know that they have opened themselves up to us in a very special way, and we do not take that lightly. Our clients put their faith in us, and because of that we have made it our mission to bring the highest quality coaching, motivation, and information possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Marcus S.

Business Owner

I first started working out on January 7th, 2003, exactly one week after New Years. A buddy and I decided that we would get in shape together, but it wasn’t until he proposed a bet on who would be the first to get a six pack that my competitive juices started flowing, prompting me to actually start working out! My friend stuck with it for all of 3 weeks, I on the other hand started a whole new life.

Fitness, being active and healthy, is much more than just my passion, it shapes how I see the world. My goals have evolved past simply getting a six pack, I now use fitness to improve every single experience I have, from hanging out with friends, spending time with my family, going out on some random adventure, to simply navigating my way through everyday life. All of it requires movement because movement is the fabric of life, and the better you are at it, the more of it you get to enjoy.
