I was initially surprised at the Unilocal classification of this establishment as «jewelry», but Sedona is in fact a jewelry store that also holds a good number of things for the new new age consumer on Oahu — expect only that and this is maybe a 4 star place.
Sedona is the only well stocked stopping place for the devotees of crystals, runes, and some other accoutrements of those inclined towards the New Age way of life that I have found in the Honolulu area. So I do appreciate that this place is at Ward Center, even if it is a little bit unfocused in its purpose.
An area for readings by mediums, empaths, psychics and more exist next to jewelry which stands near mass marketed curios and cards which are near a large assortment of (well described) incense and stones that wrap around to a small collection of books and tarot cards. There is a bead store within the store that encourages you to make your own jewelry. There are other things going on within the walls of Sedona that do not remind me of the actual Sedona at all, but again, it is a matter of expectations.
The «vibe» seems a bit contrived to me; I think I’m looking for a little less slick glass, shiny surfaces and spiffy young moderately informed clerks (if you’re new to metaphysics I’m sure they seem very advanced in their knowledge) in such a shop and more natural materials staffed by earth mothers and fathers with some real time in experiencing the metaphysical life.
But like I said — the Unilocal classification of Sedona as a jewelry store is correct, the rest is just a glimmer on the stones. Maybe they could call themselves «Sedona-​esque» then the expectations of the shop being a space of energy that is free from the aura of trendy and lucrative commerce would be nipped in the bud.

Convenient location and lots of parking available. I love all the crystals at this store. Salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. And I love how it smells so pleasant in there. :-)

Wasted my time driving for miles to get to this store. No one ever bothered to assist me with my needs. Tonight 12÷2÷15 5:45pm two ladies were behind the glass cases merchandising and one man sitting in front of the computer all drawn to do whatever but forgot to connect and make sales for a customer. You might as well close your store if selling and making a profit and providing assistance to your customer is not in your business agenda.

One stop shop for all your spiritual needs! Love this store and the great staff. Keoki and Hannah are incredible readers. Thank you to them for sharing their gifts. Aloha Elixir candles are sold here and they are powerful tools.

By far quality is there middle name. You get what you pay for is what I always say!

I’m not sure how they do it, but Sedona has a quite unique and refreshing mood and energy, and of course keeps so many beautiful and carefully-​chosen stones, crystals, and fashion items in stock. The consultants are very friendly and interactive, and since all seem to have some sort of metaphysics as their chosen vocations, are surprisingly knowledgeable, as well.
When it comes to selecting stones and crystals, it is easy to go wrong; new-​age items are all so inherently attractive! However, with the right help, one can find the very best match for one’s current needs and budget, and that is where the consultants truly excel. On this past trip to Oahu, they went *very* far out of their way to search for some hard-​to-​find items, and especially to take the time to help us with various guided purchases. They made our trip!
I frequent lots of spiritual and ethnic shops here and there throughout the world, and Sedona remains my favorite! To agree with another reviewer: a hidden Nirvana, indeed…

Beautiful place with a pricey tag on majority of the items, I purchased a abalone she’ll for about $ 45.00 plus tax and realized Amazon had the same product for less than $ 10.00 with Prime membership FREE shipping, could have bought about three. I highly recommend and suggest you check out Gaia, not as big as Sedona but reasonable prices, oh yeah — the abalone she’ll at Gaia is $ 32.00 and Carol is so knowledgeable on just about every item they sell, I purchased a good size Selenite at a very reasonable price that Sedona sells for triple the amount I paid, please visit Gaia at university avenue and support our local vendors, aloha.

Very quiet and well laid out store. Every space has something new for the shopper and seeker.
They have a plethora of stones in different sizes to match your wallet.
One stop shopping for my needs. I bought way more than I had planned, but their assistance and products made that so easy.
I was a little bummed that the book section was lean. Hopefully, they’ll be more to see on the rack next time.

I’ve been to this place many times in the past whenever I come home to visit my sister in Honolulu, but I don’t think I’ve written a review about it.
We visited here on the day of the Farmer’s market… the place looks so much more larger than last time and I love the vibe of this place. There’s so many beautiful things, beautiful jewelry, everything shiny…
I’m drawn to the many stones and crystals. If you are not ready to commit to buying the larger stones, you can search in the little bowls and they are only $ 1! I could not stop at buying one and ended up spending over $ 10. I love how the staff inserts the info sheet about the healing properties of the stones. I don’t know how they remember what each one looks like but I love this extra touch that they do.
Maybe one day I’ll see one of the many psychics listed in their binder near the check out counter. I read some of the psychics are straightforward and I would prefer that over the sugar coated kine.
Near the front door there is a display of the Chinese New year and according to the feng shui based on whatever sign you are, what to do, avoid, where to put objects.
I love Sedona, I feel my spirit is happy here, especially after the incident at the Farmer’s market. Auwe! Pray hard for one’s troubled soul and let it go…

This is for customer service only. A young, tall hapa looking girl working as cashier, on floor isn’t very friendly. I have been here for both psychic readings and purchases. on all occasions, she has been the same. She definitely doesn’t like her job! My friend who went alone also mentioned this. however, a tiny Asian gal was VERY pleasant, helpful!

I, Eric Robert, am a hippy of epic proportions! Pfft. Well, not really. I’m slightly exaggerating. I mean my wardrobe’s not exactly filled with tie-​dyed tees and bell bottom jeans, but you could say I believe in love, peace and happiness. I also «feel» the good and bad in people and you could say I pickup vibes better than the FBI’s special profiling unit! I guess that’s the inner «Jane Fonda» in me! Yup!

The New Age store that has been at the Ward Warehouse (now Village) which seems like eternity! This place can get pricey, but if you come in with a sense of purpose than no problemo. Yup, my ex-​wife was deep into the healing stones, aromatherapy, massage oils thingie, so that’s one positive attribute she brought into my life. In fact, I was her happy guinea pig! Yup, this stuff not only smells good and looks good, but if applied right might actually work, too! I mean why not?! Anything to make us feel good, right? Legal and not hurting anyone… All good! Wavy gravy!
Yup, I came in today with a purpose. For me, I’ve learned my lessons in life and have found that it should never be about me, but always for someone else. I came in here for my dearest bestie because at this moment in time… All I want to do is please her. Okay, after browsing the healing stones, rocks, crystals, oils, lotions, potions, etc… I find what I need. I find other things to make her smile too. Again, it’s never about me, but making those I care about happier. If they are happy… It makes me happier, too! The irony of life coming full circle. It’s also called growing up. It’s also called good karma. It’s also called just being a good soul. You dig? Groovy!

Come in with a sense of purpose and I know you’ll do okay here. The staff seems friendly (no, not in a «Yoko Ono» commune type of way) and knowledgeable. The stones, rocks, and crystals are color coded, so you know what you’re paying at checkout time — No hundred dollars for a pebble surprise! The oils, candles, tarot decks and astrological goodies seem to be pretty well represented. New Age jewelry can be had, from cheap to exquisite! Oh, and a psychic reading too! Everything for the hippy and those just wanting to have some legal fun. Hey, I’m a Roman Catholic at birth and still love this place… It’s okay. Open your minds;) Peace.

I have a spiritual side, so I love coming to this store! They have all kids of things to protect you, help you, and motivate you… (If you believe in that sort of thing.) I went again during their Psychic Fair and saw two readers. It was really interesting to hear about myself and my future. They have psychic readers there so if you’re interested, you should check it out!

This was my first time at Sedona since the shop moved. I haven’t been down in the Ward area for quite a while. I like the bigger location!
Today’s purchase included 2 sets of greeting/​special occasion cards by Josephine Wall. They are gorgeous and everyone always likes them, so I bought them in bulk. I also bought a gorgeous bracelet.
We walked in 10 minutes till closing (bad form, I know) but the staff was friendly, still answered our endless questions with a smile and let us shop.
Now I need to go back when there’s more time so I can check out the clothes! I didn’t even make it that far tonight!

Every time I went to Ward as a kid, I always stopped by Sedona. Now years later as an adult, I still had to stop by Sedona. It looked like they moved one spot over (confirmed in the reviews, score, my memory isn’t that faulty!) which threw me for a bit. However, walking inside and I was transported back in time.
There’s plenty of things to purchase in Sedona, ranging from oils to crystals to articles of clothing and jewelry. I decided to buy amethyst earrings because amethyst is my stone and they looked pretty (I’m easy like that).
While I was browsing, a customer and her boyfriend came in to talk to an employee about a purchase she made earlier that day but found faulty. He was friendly and was happy to exchange the item for a similar one for her. I thought that was great.

For about a decade now I have practiced candle therapy, crystal therapy and meditation. For me, these things are what I find spiritual, and I take them very seriously. I also happen to be a big believer in astrology and people who have psychic abilities. Say what you want about all of this, I think it works.
Sedona happens to cater to all of these types of practices. They have a very welcoming store with very friendly employees who know their stuff. It’s great that I can walk in and talk to a guy in the crystal section about why my quartz wand I use for daily meditation is forming green spots in the center of it, and what does it mean exactly. Or that I have a need to work on my manipura chakra and what crystal would help aid in that? He knew, and he helped me find the answers to my questions.
They have an okay candle section of you need to pick up a simple meditation candle, but it’s not great. Perhaps that will change since they are expanding.
They carry incense, oils, cd’s, cards, cleansing sage, and have an in house psychic.
They mainly dabble in crystals and and MAN do they have crystals. Every size, shape, color, type you can think of you might need, it’s there. You can get it in loose form, jewelry form, pendulum, wands, clusters… you get my point. They are on the higher side, but they are trying to run a business so I get it.
For those psychics out there who need some assistance in your readings, they do carry tarot cards and various books that can help you hone your craft.
I love that Sedona is here, and that I can take a trip over there when I want to add to my collection or pick up something I might need.

I have what I can only describe as a highly developed intuition and it told me on Saturday to buy tarot cards. Then, I listened to a John Edwards book (which my intuition also told me to buy) and he too told me that tarot cards were his favorite way to develop psychic gifts. I took this as a sign and visited Sedona to buy a deck. Hey, you gotta listen to your intuition and the signs folks!
I remember visiting Sedona years ago and thinking how beautiful the store was with all its crystals. The store seems worn down, but thankfully they’re moving next door. I found the tarot decks in the back and picked the ones I thought spoke to me the most. At almost $ 30 for the deck, they’d better do some talking alright!
A very nice man helped me ring up my cards and told me about their stamp program and moving sale. Ill definitely be back and hopefully I’ll have mastered the ability to tell stories through my new deck of cards!

Being that I was going through a «rough patch» in my life, I decided to stop by Sedona after I was done getting my eyebrows waxed at Paul Brown. I usually don’t come to Sedona. I think the strong smells was what prevented me from going in before but for some reason this time I didn’t even notice it.
I was just planning to browse and look at some crystals and stones when I stumbled upon the rose quartz area. I guess it was calling to me because I felt the need to get one. A nice lady came by to help me and I guess a way that you choose your stone is kind of by your intuition and how you feel. There was quite a selection of rose quartz. little stones, big ones, heart shaped ones… I was kind of overwhelmed especially cause I’m a pretty indecisive person. But I settled on a heart shaped one and picked one that was «calling» me.
Warning you, although it might be just a stone, a tiny stone I might add. some of them can run kind of pricey. They have affordable ones that are $ 5 or $ 6 but I didn’t want to buy one just because it was cheap. I wanted to buy one that I really wanted… although I did think to myself, it’s a little ridic to be spending a lot on a stone. I settled on one pretty decent size heart stone that was about $ 30.
Sedona is a fun and uplifting store! I felt good just being there and the people are pretty helpful. I think next time I go there I might have to get a rose quartz necklace! The sales lady told me that it’s actually better to have it as a necklace or some kind of jewelry cause it’s the closest to you. Makes sense! Great store for bringing some spirituality into your life. Even if you’re not all into that, it’s a fun store to just browse :)

One word… Gemstones. Love Sedona for their great selection of beautiful stones. I used to come here more often when Borders was still in business, so now my visits are limited. Upon entering I always head straight for the glass cases in the middle of the store. Sometimes I will be drawn to a pendant, and my visit & purchase will be quick. The other weekend however, there were about (4) different pendants that I was strongly attracted to. I ended up with a beautiful teardrop shaped moonstone. Although this pendant was a little pricier than what I normally pay here which runs about $ 70 — $ 80, this particular stone was $ 119.
The items in the glass cases along their walls towards the back are ridiculously priced so I try not to veer in that direction.
Customer service is okay. They tend to do their own thing, which in a way is good because no one is following you around asking if you need help with finding something. They pretty much are there when they know they need to pull something out of the cases for you to try on or to take a closer look at.
Another thing I love about Sedona is the little information card they stick in with my purchases that list what that stone is and the energy it is supposed to increase or help with. They also have free gift wrapping, & they do a really nice job with it. I come here strictly for their jewelry, I don’t know about the psychic readings and other things they may offer. All I know is that this is the perfect place to find a special gift whether it may be for you or someone else.
