San Lorenzo Bikinis

Okay, I totally dig this San Lorenzo Boutique over the Kailua store
The selection was incredible! So much to choose from. I was just walking by and had no intent on purchasing a new suit as I had just bought one a few weeks ago from the other shop but decided to pop in and see if this store had a better selection. I was pleasantly surprised ;) on top of that Vivianne was so incredibly helpful and honest. I found a ton of suits I hadn’t seen in the other store, I ended up walking out with a new one and a smile on my face.
Customer service is everything to me. San Lorenzo line is a very well made and a beautiful product that fits gorgeously but now a days there so much competition you can go anywhere. I will definitely continue to buy these suits and buy them from this store providing the customer service is always friendly and welcoming like it was.

The salesgirls at this store may be the rudest people you’ll find on Oahu. Walked in with a friend and they didn’t bother to look up and say hello, despite the fact we were the only customers in the store. Asked about sizing and got a curt «things here run on the small side» without any offer to help.
Do yourself a favor and go to the bazillion other swimsuit shops on the island.

I love their bikinis! Only problem is the pricing! I also hate that when I walk in the store all the works just look at me and stare at me while I come in! No hi goodmorning or good afternoon. I just get stink eyes like they want me out of there!

I have no idea what the other bad reviews are about! I went to all locations and this one is by far the best. The other locations are cheaper but the quality of the suits are so poor! And there are no unique prints at the other locations. The other locations mostly have the bandeau style which do not provide enough support for me. Nothing at this store can be found at other shops (hurley, billabong, roxy, victoria’s secret, etc.) and you can really feel the quality when you try them on. The two bikinis I purchased are so unique and beautiful they were completely worth the price.
The service at this store was excellent and the suits are truly unique and beautiful. There are only one or two of each print for each style so if you see one you like, buy it! Highly recommend this store. There are no bikini shops like this on the mainland! xoxo

I noticed this store has had poor reviews, but none of them are recent! So I felt like I had to write this view b/​c my visit today was outstanding. There were two lovely blonde girls working the store and I was greeted promptly upon entering. I noticed that they did this as each person entered the store. I was also educated on how the store was organized by style and size, and that I could mix and match however I pleased. I spent probably an hour in there and the sales associates were always checking I me to see how everything was fitting etc… So give them a chance! Cute bikinis, and yes you’re gonna spend big bucks. But oh so worth it when you find the right one. ;)

This store has the best selection of bikinis out of all the other San Lorenzo stores.
They are located right off of the beach so you can go straight into the water with your new bikini.
I got 4 pairs for my girlfriend and couldn’t wait for her to put them on. She loves them and I love seeing her so happy in them.

My wife was super-​happy about the bikini I bought her in this store, and she looks amazing wearing it! The staff was very helpful in selecting the right style. A little pricy, but you get what you pay for!

I wish I could give zero stars. I’m glad other people have experienced the bad service too because I thought I was crazy. It seems like the employees are too busy caring about their looks and being snobby to realize they are at work and should give a crap about their customers (you know, the ones spending their money and helping them have a job in the first place!). The Waikiki store is absolutely the worst. My roommate went in to get a security tag removed after we went to the sale at ala moana and the sales person forgot to remove it. She called ahead and was told it was alright to come in, but once she got there she was told she would not be able to do it. Interestingly it was the employee that told her on the phone it was ok, and she remembered her name. The employee took off her name tag and refused to do it. So then my roommate had to drive to ala moana just to get t removed. I guess this is what happens when you hire people for their looks and not their professionalism or skills. The only store I would go to is the pucks alley venue. They are much more helpful there. The sizes run small so be careful of that. I would only buy if you see something truly amazing, otherwise there are plenty of other great places to go. Also do we not realize that Brazilian girls have big butts? Why are the sizes a size smaller? Just another way to tell our female population that you need to be tiny to be beautiful.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Prices here are TWICE as much their other stores. Case in point, their bikini bottoms are priced at $ 70 – 75. However, if you go to the Univesirty/​King St Location, OR go to their online store, bottoms are $ 35-​$ 55. What ROBBERY!!! I can justify maybe a $ 10 price increase due to the location, but $ 35 difference just because it’s in Waikiki is ridiculous! DO NOT BUY HERE!

The store was kind of small and there wasn’t many pieces to choose from compared to the Ala Moana store. However, they had a 50% off rack that I was quite surprised to see. The rack was mainly composed of pieces with minor defects and were really easy to repair! The service was not that great, the saleslady there did not really try to help us and just kind of lingered around really bored looking. It was alright because I did sew up my bottom that I got for only $ 30 and got it in mint condition.
