Ross Stores

Ross I love you. Especially for houseware, and bedding stuff! Its a place to get anything for you, your kids, and your house. Every time I come here I ALWAYS walk out with something. Me + money = dangerous! Haha Anyways the place is a bit messy, hurricane Ana must’ve came through here every time I roam the store. The workers here are okay, waiting in line is ridiculous! When I came here their were only two ladies working and a very long line of impatient people! They need to open more lines or suffer the wrath of Hawaii Kai shoppers!

I have a very… budget conscious husband, with that being said, we’ve been to A LOT of ross’. This one is by far the cleanest, prettiest and most organized ross i’ve ever been to. It was truly a pleasure to shop here and it felt more like a TJ Maxx than the normal unorganized chaotic treasure hunt that is ross.

This Ross has the worst check out times. All Ross’, really. I have NEVER been able to understand why, I can not understand when they have 4 – 5 people checking out they are still SLOW. Scan, bag, scan, bag, scan bag. Its the only reason I HATE GOING here. If I walk in and their is a line I walk out. Other times I have just left my items sitting because I can’t believe the enormus line. The reason I gave them 2 starts is because I like the deals. They have nice items. But th e lines and the dressing room are unacceptable. They refuse to let you enter or leave the dressing room unless you sit your items on this rack, EVEN when you only have 1 item, its a STUPID rule and again, holds up everyone else, but as we know, Ross doesn’t care. Good deal yes, good customer service, no. Speedy, No. Clean, yes.

Once upon a time… My boyfriend paid full price for his Nike shoes and Dolce & Gabana wrist watches. Then he met me and I introduced him to my friend, Ross. They’ve been friends ever since. Haha!
I try to avoid paying full price for anything for our home and our dogs. I prefer to spend my hard earned cash on a trip to Vegas or a relaxing spa treatment. It’s nice to have this location only five minutes from my house. It’s always clean and organized. They have a good selection of merchandise and the staff is nice. Parking isn’t complicated here, and it’s never really crowded unless it’s during the holidays or on some weekends.
