We recently visited this Sprint store to check out upgraded phone options. The Hawaii Kai Towne Center store is a smaller store, generally with 2 people working at a time. I’ve never had to wait long to be helped so that is nice. I haven’t been to other Sprint stores lately, buy it seemed like the selection of phones available was pretty limited. They have the Note II, iPhone 5, EVO, but I can only remember about 6 phones being available, which doesn’t seem like much. The workers were super helpful. Jordyn and Chris both talked story with us. They got a feel of what we do with our current phones to evaluate what type of phone would be best for us. Then they suggested certain phones. Jordyn had had many of the phones we were thinking about so he was able to give us comparisons between them, and between our current phones. They also gave us a heads up on the new phones coming out. Thanks for all your help!

After a long time of abuse of me dropping my phone it finally broke. I should of gotten a new case after the I had broke(yes because I dropped it but hey it saved my phone… well at least when I had it) but I didn’t and after numerous times of being dropped it finally died on me. So I had gotten the Evo 4G and I thought I better get a case as I already dropped it twice. I saw this Sprint store so I went on the hunt. As soon as I went in I was greeted just to find out that they didn’t have a case for my phone. :(sad moment as I almost dropped my phone again. Well they didn’t have my phone but they were able to answer some questions I had and the gal(sorry I forgot her name) helped me get rid of some unwanted apps and to figure out some problems I was having. The guy that was there was also very nice and we all had some laughs.

I totaled the glass on my HTC Evo 4G and went here to see about repairs. Prepared for the worse, I got my phone repaired in less than an hour thru the efforts of Emily. She called her Pearl City store to be sure they had the part and that the tech who fixes phones was there.
