History

Established in 1996.

Room Service found its roots in East O’ahu working with a few restaurants, delivering dinner to the residents of Kailua and the Marine Corp Base. In the fall of ’97, after being urged to follow suit in the Honolulu area, we began dinner delivery in Waikiki and Kahala. Shortly thereafter, Honolulu’s delivery area expanded to include all areas between Downtown Honolulu and Aina Haina. Before the year was out, lunch delivery (mainly for catering corporate lunch meetings and events) became an integral part of daily life for us.

Nearly a decade later, we felt the next step was to continue to expand our business, thus we set our focus on the Pearl City/​Aiea area. In November of 2005 our Leeward branch was finally opened. Now, seven years later, we’re beyond happy to see that business is booming AND still growing!
