MahaloCAB

When we encountered some last minute changes to our departure plans I found myself needing a cab to get me and my family to the airport in Honolulu. I did a quick search and found several cab listings but this one stood out based on a couple of good reviews I read. So I took a chance. Tried to book through the website but then decided to try their app. I had a problem doing that (I suspect it’s because the address where I was staying is still relatively new so most mapping apps don’t show any houses there yet) so I ended up calling them. When the call was answered I gave the time and place to be picked up. I was a bit nervous that the cab would be late or that something else might happen, but I was pleasantly surprised when Nelsson showed up about 15 minutes early. From the moment we said hello he was extremely courteous and helpful with our luggage. The mini van cab was clean and in great shape and we chatted it up all the way from Kapolei to the airport. Nelsson was very friendly, made us all feel very comfortable and if I ever need a cab again while visiting Hawaii I am not even going to bother with anyone else. The service was great and the actual charges were almost exactly what their app estimated it would be, so no surprises there.

Eric ucangco was ridiculously accommodating he offered me water as soon as I got into his cab. I have never received service like this through a cab. I recommend anyone getting into this cab

Definitely the best cab service I’ve ever had anywhere! We got lucky and MahaloCab was the first cab in line when we left Pearl Harbor. But quickly I could tell Nelsson was not an ordinary can driver! He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, his cab was very nice and clean, and he had more advanced technology than most (wifi in the car for all the passengers to use, easy pay-​by-​credit card). He also has an entertainment system for passengers in the second and third rows which was perfect for the kids! I asked him to drive us again to the airport later that day and he was early to pick us up and was efficient. When we got to our next destination, we realized that my daughter had lost her souvenir from Pearl Harbor. I texted Nelsson and he searched for it in his car, found it, and shipped it back to the mainland for me. Above and beyond! I’m so pleased and will be holding on to his name for future trips.

MahaloCAB is by far the best cab I’ve ridden on!
I came to Honolulu, Hawaii for the second time and I needed to catch a cab. So, I looked online, and found MahaloCAB. One of the things that caught my eyes was the smart phone booking, which I could download the «MahaloCAB» app on my phone, and be able to book from there. It was so easy and fast using that app! All I had to do was just 1) sign up 2) put the location of where I was and where I would like to go 3) and book. Shortly after I booked, MahaloCAB came to pick me up, and the driver was so friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable about this beautiful island of Oahu. Unlike the other cabs I’ve used when I first came to Hawaii, MahaloCAB provided such high-​end customer service, and the car was very clean, which is one of the many things I look for in a transportation business.
The next time I’m coming back to Honolulu, I will be definitely booking for MahaloCAB from my smart phone with just a tap of a button. Thank you so much for making this wonderful experience on a beautiful island very enjoyable!
