I dropped my car off when requested for new tires. Came back 2 hours later, they said they had ordered the wrong tires, that it would take time to get the correct ones, and that it would be $ 200 more than the original quote. I said forget it, I’ll go some where else. They said that they had already removed my old tires and broken them down from the wheels. It would take some time to remount them and put them back on. I watched from across the street, and no one touched the car for some time. Oh and by the way, they were going to charge me $ 140 for the labor. I told them it wasn’t my mistake, it was there’s. It didn’t matter, they had my keys. Did I mention that they didn’t rebalance the tires and the car shook like a high rise in an earthquake! Left two phone messages and one email for the jerk owner. Never heard from him. Credit card company gave my money back, but it was hassle to get it. Next stop Better Business Bureau.

Dave and the crew at Revolution Motorsports are really good people. They all worked very hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. Jordon spent alot of time with us to help us pick out rims we liked and had great advice about tires for ride and quality. We are very happy with his suggestion.
We did have to go back a second time to have the work finished due to a wrong part being ordered and that was when we worked more with Dave. He too was super helpful, friendly, and really went out of the way to make sure we were happy.
Before our second visit, I got a call that the wrong shocks came in. We simply moved the install date back one day and Dave made sure the parts got overnighted and they were ready for us on the day we needed. No harm no foul.
These guys all work really hard. The day we were there we overheard them say they were down a mechanic and still they got all our work done in a timely manner.
I will not hesitate to come back here. It was a little bit of a bummer to have to go back to have the work finished once the right shocks came in, but honestly, we did have alot of stuff being done so I’m not even sure it all could have gotten done in one day anyways.
I kinda like the small shop feel of Revolution and the people who work there. You can tell they all really care about making sure you are a happy customer.

It is really difficult to find a place that does run flat tire installations. I needed new front tires for my 05 Corvette ASAP. Since no one (that I could find) stocks the size I needed in run flats, I ended up getting regular tires at Revolution.
The service is a bit slow, but that is really expected at a shop like this. I’m a bit of a car freak and have been to many, many car shops…
The major problem I experienced is that Revolution scratched up my stock C6 rims during the install! They didn’t have anything to say about it… Just paid my bill and found out after I got home and looked at the rims closely.
Don’t take your car here if you have a C6 Corvette with painted rims !!! I’m assuming that if you have chrome or polished aluminum, it would be fine. If it is painted, go somewhere else!!! This was not a big deal for me but for lots of other people, this is a huge dealbreaker. Good luck!

Just moved here from Colorado Springs and decided to purchase a new 2013 Ford Flex. I told myself that when i do, i was going change out the wheels and get something really «trick». I mean it had to like «pop», you know? Anyway, so I’m strolling down Ward avenue and stumble across Revolution Motorsports. Man! BEST CUSTOM WHEEL PLACE EVER! Dave’s customer skills are not only pristine, but is extremely educated with his product line and more! This Kat is SICK! He really knows the business. Having said that, I was completely comfortable with leaving my brand new ford flex in his hands. He has great listening skills. He has a good eye for goes together. I guess that goes along with having good taste and what not… nevertheless, Dave is someone you can trust. Not to mention his pricing is quite fair and is willing to work with you should you have a budget. THANK YOU REVOLUTION MOTORSPORTS AND THANK YOU DAVE! As mentioned previously, I would be returning to Revolution Motor Sports. I indeed did return and met with the same sales person and he was friendly but denied having forgotten to send me the follow up pictures that I had requested. When I questioned him about it he quickly changed the subject and began searching online for the pictures that I had previously requested. After over an hour d/​t several interruptions from new customers that came in he and I finally decided to that we could not do business because we were $ 25 apart on an over $ 1K headlight modification.
I was willing to let the failure of getting back to me go but the bottom line came down to $ 25 and he was willing to let me walk, so I did. I would recommend this shop provided you deal with one of the other sales person or Dave, the Owner.

I cannot begin to describe how great the customer service is and the knowledge level from top to bottom. They have the highest of end brands to OEM. I purchased a 3pc Asanti rim on Pirelli tires and I love these rims but not as much as I love the knowledge level when dealing with any product they carry. Remember quality work is never cheap and quick followed with attitude. In fact quality is one word «Revolution». If you want a memorable experience or to mimic your business after something that is thriving you might want to stop by, everyone else is!!! Thanks again Dave

Revolution Motor Sports is where you want to go when you’re considering coppin some new rims or tires. David does a great job at making sure his business is run properly. They do a great job at a reasonable price. EVERYONE goes there. This is the MECCA for the nicest rims on the island. If you don’t believe me, just wait till I pull up on the scene. People always stare at my rims like they just seen Kim Kardashians ass. I just roll down my window and say, «Revolution. «Then I burn rubber into the summer.

Revolution Motor Sports is the only place on the island that I would trust with my tires and wheels. While they are not cheap, they are competitive and honest. Dave the owner is a stand up guy and he will not BS you. I recently had to replace the tires on my wife’s Yukon. She has 24″ Dubs with Toyo’s. I knew the price would not be cheap but I was pleased that they were fair.
After only a month my wife drove over a curb and popped the tire. Dave was helpful and then gave me a solid deal on another tire. He let me know he had an employee that had not charged me correctly but that he would still honor the price he gave me. Not many would do that.
I give the place 4 stars as the counter employees are not that great with customer service. The guys in the garage are awesome!

I would not recommend Revolution Motor Sports to anyone! The service was absolutely horrible. My father and I went in to get a price quote on rims for my 2012 Tacoma. We were not greeted when walking in and had to wait at least 15 minutes at the counter to get any sort of acknowledgment. Even then the owner, Dave, said that he would be with us in a minute which actually turned to about 20 minutes of waiting. During this time there were multiple workers at the counter just playing on the computer when they could have been helping us. I understand that commonly the other customers there have luxury vehicles but I just bought a brand new truck so I did not appreciate being treated as if I was not being able to afford their products and therefore not worth their time. Due to the way we were being treated and a ridiculous waiting time, my father and I just walked out of the store without saying anything. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an establishment, hands down.

I have gotten two sets of 22″, and a pair of 28″. The price was unbelievable and Dave’s customer service was even better. When I went in the shop I wasn’t really sure what I wanted or my price range, the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. All three sets of rims I ordered required custom paint to be added. The turn around time was amazing. If you are planning of getting rims or just thinking about it, Revolution Motorsports is the place you need to be! There is no other shop on this island that can compare!

Dave and staff are unbeatable. Old style customer service with ALOHA! This aint Costco or Lex’s. You get what you pay for! You may have to drop off your vehicle for a few hours but it’s worth the wait. Theirs no buy 3 and get one free.
Dave’s gonna do the best job, guaranteed. This is my 4th time back. Revolution has very competitive pricing and will never sell you what you don’t need. Got new Perelli’s for my Lexus GX today. Their awesome! My 4Runner’s Toyo’s have been trouble free for the past 30K miles. I had a valve stem leak issue about a year ago. These guys let me pull in like I was an Formula One Driver. They replaced the Valve Stem in less than 2 minutes and had me on my way. WAY TO GO DAVE! And by the way. You’re place is too clean to be a tire shop. Add an Espresso Machine and Free Wifii and you’ll have Hawaii’s first Parelli Café’…

Customer service was alright ok the operation sucked a$@. Had to go back 4 times just to get new rims and tires installed. Nuff said. Too frustrated to even get into details. My boyfriend went through the whole ordeal but I felt his frustration and irritation. They didn’t try to make things right for inconveniencing us. They just basically didnt do enough to make the whole situation right.

If you are looking for a place with great customer service and fair prices you might want to check them out. I came in when they were busy but David acknowledged me several times for some reason my tires were late arriving but David did everything possible to make it right. David and the receptionist were very accomodating and they truly value their customers.

This is the first time that I’ve made a purchase threw Revolution. David and his staff are excellent at what they do and have the skills and knowledge to make sure your happy with your purchase. They don’t have that bad attitude like most places seem to have, you know what I mean, the Your lucky I’m letting you buy something from me) attitude!
I was greeted by happy employees that were happy to help me with my purchase.
Aside from the happy vibe from this business, there prices were excellent and was the best deal that I could find on the island.
I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking to replace their tires or buy some rims.
