My wife set up a booking for 2 people to visit the weikele shopping mall and left her phone number if case of any problem… Rabi didn’t call and didn’t show which gave my wife and her guest no options to make other arrangement as one of the two was a tourist from japan who was leaving that evening and wanted to visit. Bad taste of Honolulu and no future recommendations or bookings for this so called shuttle service.

Do not use this company. Booked 24 hours in advance, and confirmed the day of that they would take us from our hotel to the airport. After they were ten minutes late I called and they reassured they’d be there in minutes.
After 45 minutes they never showed. We had to get a taxi or we would’ve missed our flight.
What kind of shuttle company just doesn’t show up?

These guys took us in a pinch and were great! They took four of us on private tour of the east side and north side of the island of Oahu and Dole Plantation. Tony and Les were wonderful tour guides and very accommodating. They were even willing to stop, when we would see something interesting and help with taking pictures of us. They recommended an outstanding shrimp place on north shore called Fumi’s. This was our best tour yet! They were so personable and added their own flare, with lots of information about the area.

Ok, I know the reviews are bad, but stupid me, I went with them anyways, Ive used Rabi Shuttle for the last 6 years, never really had a problem, until today! Called the night before and made a reservation for an airport pickup, got my luggage and called, guy on the phone told me where to go to get picked up. Yea no problem, except the shuttle never came to pick me up, waited 20 mintues, called 3 times, the dude wouldnt answer the phone! I ended up calling Reliable Shuttle at the last minute, a little more expensive than Rabi, but hey whatever, better than being stranded! Will never, ever use Rabi again, lessoned learned. Even the clerk at the hotel said Rabi shuttle are whackjobs!

After hearing multiple horror stories about this company I figured I should pick up the phone and see what I could do to alleviate two upset guests at my hotel. Asking for avrefubd was refused. The owner, Tony was abrasive and rude
He’s got no idea what aloha and customer service is all about. He didn’t care to hear anything and went on to say how long he was in business etc but with only 10 reviews mostly negative and the fact that I, who has been in the tourism industry for 23 years have never heard of him it’s clear another fly by night company is here in honolulu ripping off our tourists.
I only hope the horrible business they do will eventually catch up with them and they are shutdown promptly.

Traveling with extended family (wife, 3 kids, parents) from Hilo to Oahu and needed transportation from the airport to Waikiki for seven of us. Emailed two weeks in advance and received confirmation that he would pick seven of us up.
The night of our flight from Hilo to Oahu I received a call from him confirming our arrival and that he would be picking us up. So far, I have to say I was impressed by the communication.
During that phone call, I indicated that our flight was delayed by 30 minutes and we would therefore be late arriving. He said to call when we arrived.
We arrived, gathered our bags. I called — no answer. Over the course of the next 25 minutes I called multiple times. Never an answer. Finally, our family was forced to go to the taxi stand where a nice lady talked a taxi driver into taking all 7 of us and our bags down to Waikiki.
To date I still have not heard back from Rabi transport. No apology, no explanation.
I suppose I should be grateful. The taxi ride to Waikiki ended up being cheaper than what he was going to charge me.
If you need reliable transportation — look elsewhere.

Rabi was great. We were in a pinch when our 808 express flaked on us, and I ran into a guy on the corner handing flyers out for rabi. He called rabi and the van was at our hotel within 5 minutes, the guy with the flyers even waited for us until the can arrived so there would not be any issues.
Prices were amazing $ 7 from waikiki to airport !

I would give NO stars if I could. I had a reservation for 9 and the guy calls me because my friend who had booked for me didn’t show up for their pick up and tells me they are canceling MY pick up time Like it was my fault. The guy on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL!!! I can’t believe these people call themselves a company. To top it off he hung up on me. So I booked with Reliable shuttle.

Awful, Driver talking, texting, and driving with two cell phones at the same time. For your safety beware.

I am so SORRY that I did not read these reviews before booking with this company — this was absolutely the worst choice I could have possibly made for my trip today.
I am staying at a local Waikiki hotel who gives out coupon books. In this book there was a coupon for Rabi Shuttle. $ 13 for a round trip shuttle van to Hanauma Bay, with snorkel gear included.
I called the number on the coupon and they were very frantic and rude and said NO we do not book to Hanauma Bay anymore. Ok… so I called the number listed on there website. This person took my information and told me, YES everything was set, they would accept my coupon, just to bring it with me the day of pickup with cash to pay for the group — there were going to be 8 of us.
Time went by and a few in our group got sick and weren’t able to go — so the morning of there were 6 of us. I got a call that morning from a woman I had never spoken to who told me to meet outside the hotel at 8:55am and that it was $ 15 each. I explained that I had the $ 13 coupons with snorkel gear included and that I confirmed it the night before. She said ok.
THEN — We were all waiting downstairs to be picked up. A taxi driver (van driver) was there and said he was hired through Rabi Shuttle. Didn’t know anything about the coupons, and had to make a phone call to confirm. Very abrasive. I asked if he had the snorkel gear and he said «Will you get off my back about the snorkel gear?» WHOA. Should be the first if not second warning sign, right? But we were trying to go with the flow. Why didn’t this guy know anything that was going on? He told us the total and we accidentally totaled the cash for 7 people. When we were in the van seated almost ready to go we realized there were only 6 of us. He started to pull away from the hotel and we told him that. He abruptly stopped the van and said
«OK, this is NOT going to work out, I’m DONE!»
He kicked us out of the van, and we were over it, too! He was so extremely rude to us in every way from the very start, and to top it all off when we were trying to just be done and walk away, he said:
«You guys are a bunch of CHEAP AS$HOLES!»
Wow.
All the while, believe me, we may be younger tourists in Honolulu — but we were being patient with this guy.
I called Rabi Shuttle service and spoke with the apparent owner, Rabi. Who told me their man came by to pick us up, but we weren’t there so he left… He said he’d call me back.
Then while my friends and I were still waiting in the lobby trying to recover… guess who walks in? «Rabi». Saying «So, so sorry about that! I don’t know that guy, he is from the other company we are no longer with! It was probably some Vietnamese guy, right?»
No, no actually sir it was a man who looked just like you but without facial hair. And if you didn’t know that man, then why did he have my NAME and NUMBER on his clipboard?
He then offered to drive us himself to the bay at $ 10 each for our trouble — but still without the snorkel gear. He had an attitude of «Hey, whaddya gonna do?»
WARNING: Do not use this company. They are so unprofessional and unreliable. Do not use this coupon if you are staying at an ASTON hotel (no affiliation). There is no such deal here :-(

Extremely unreliable. Showed up 30 min late. No explanation, no apology. I had to call multiple times and almost begged them to pick me up. They couldn’t care less. Perfect way to ruin your trip.

This is one of my past reviews that got filtered, so I am re-​posting in hopes that it will NOT be filtered this time around and that other Unilocalers will find this useful.
Rabi Trans & Tours is xxtremely unrealiable. I almost missed my flight because they picked me up at my hotel 25 minutes late! Also, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my disappointment over his tardiness, he rudely told me that he is just a driver and it is not his fault and that I should complain to the owner. When I commented that I almost took another cab, he yelled at me and said «Oh you want to get a cab? Go get a cab!!!» and he was giving me back my luggage. I replied «are you going to give me a refund then?». He didn’t answer, instead, he opened the shuttle door for me, and slammed it hard after I got in. While in the car, he kept on mumbling that he’s just a driver, and I should call the owner and complain to him! Rudest person that I ever met! I was so mad that I almost burst into tears when I got to the airport.
Also, one of my friends had the same experience with them. He booked an airport pick-​up, and the shuttle was a no-​show. When he called and followed up, the shuttle rep said that they will be there in 20 minutes. Since my friend was already tired from his long flight, he decided to get a taxi instead. Rabi Trans did not follow up with him nor apologized and they did not give him a refund.

We booked on– line, 3 days in advance, to be picked up at 12:45pm from our hotel. That morning, 1 hr prior, they called to confirm. They showed up 15 min early (we were told to be out front 15 minutes before pick up). The driver was not very talkative, no pleasantries. But, we got to the airport early. I would book with them, and anytime! Another option is speedi shuttle for $ 14 pp. big company.

I want to put 0 stars. These people lack courtesy, decency, and anything resembling customer service. They don’t bother to tell you they are not going to show up. You call them, they say they’re on their way. They never come. Then they have your phone number, so if you call them again, they won’t answer. Too bad people will just continue to book with them because they don’t know. If ANY company in Honolulu deserves to go out of business, it is these guys.

We booked our ride back to the airport online on their website, but got a bit uneasy when they never called back to confirm our reservation. On our day of departure, we waited outside of our hotel, but no Rabi Trans Shuttle was in sight. 20 minutes after our scheduled departure, I called them to ask where they were, and the person on the phone told me to relax and then hung up on me?! Luckily there were a lot of taxis around, so we got to the airport in time. After reading reviews on other sites, I see that I am not the only one with an awful experience with this unprofessional and rude company, Stay away,
