¹²⁄₅ If you need your scooter fixed this is the place to go to. He will explain all the work they do and get you fixed up. They even did some extras at no charge. They can get things done same day too which to me is fantastic! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. They have relocated to a place near Sand Island so call before you go. ¹²⁄₂₈ I had them pick my moped up for something different and they fixed me up again! The guys here are all great and I appreciate them putting up with my neurotic nature! LOL! I recommend them to anyone who needs their moped repaired!

OK so I talked on the phone with Renee. I just bought a zuma 125 and not back in Hawaii yet to tune it up so decided to call some places before I moved back. She was very helpful and took about 30 minutes on the phone answering all my stupid questions cause I am an ignorant fool lol. I don’t know yet about the service I will receive but so far I am very happy about her honesty and transparency.

Quick fix is now located on 808 Ahua st. Frank there is full of Ku Kai. As many reviews states, they make you whistle to get things done. We ordered parts from Frank that said the parts are locally available. It’s been one whole week now and same excuses over and over, still waiting for the supplier’s call, and etc. Frank is a liar, deceptive, probably dishonest too. Just look behind the counter, it’s a mess. It appears that they lack management skills. It’s time these people learn who’s paying their bills, and attain some sincerity. The greatest essence of business is growth !. Eh, What ?.

Amazing place! The staff was super quick very friendly and most of all helpful! They We’re very knowledgeable! Gave me a rundown of the moped! They did little extra things to the moped, rinsed sticky spot, aired up tires, added some oil! anything I need for my moped I will come here! And will recommend this to friends!

This place removed a broken key inside my moped and installed a new ignition (and threw in a few freebies) for me ($ 100) this past week. The front-​man was courteous and quick (he seemed eager to help me w/​my minor issue before I had to go to work. then even gave me a few bucks bus fare when I mentioned I needed to get cahback somewhere nearby!). Awesomeness!
They also have quite a few very nice hondas for sale. They seem straight-​up about pricing and intentions. I’ll be back to do more research whether this is the case!

Great work. Great prices. They are very busy so I had to call multiple times. They actually returned my missed call to talk to me. I feel they care about their customers and the quality of their work. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Take your bike there if you need it fixed

Quik-​Fix had my Yamaha Vino moped for over seven months. Not only did they not fix it, but additional things are broken now that were fine before and some parts are missing altogether.
Skim through the reviews — I wish I had. Tucked amongst all these five star reviews are lots of one star ratings from people who had similar experiences to mine. These guys seem capable of doing LITERALLY quick jobs such as fixing flats, changing batteries, and tune ups. They either don’t have the expertise for anything more complicated or just love «QUIK“fixes so much they can’t prioritize longer jobs. Whatever the problem is, it totally sucks to be on the receiving end of it. Don’t chance it.

Great services! Frank and the guys at quick fix are the best! They Came to my house, picked up my moped and had it fixed by the next day. Customer service was top notch and when I went to pick up my moped frank (the owner) explained exactly what they fixed in detail. They are fair priced and won’t jerk you around. Quick fix is a reputable and straight forward shop that I will be using for all my moped needs.

I came here because I heard Frank was an awesome guy. He’s always been very cordial with me. And the price sounded right when he quoted me after inspecting the bike. We was to rebuild the front and rear brakes, fix the hole in my exhaust, and also replace the shocks on my 2004 Honda Reflex. They had the bike for two weeks and I called him for an update and he said it was pretty much done, everything looked good, except he was waiting to see if he had a little part for my rear brakes. I gave him two more whole days and then he said It should be done in one more day… I showed up out of the blue and NOTHING had been done. He said it was because he had a headache. Really? You lied to me because you had a headache? The transmission was completely apart, why I don’t know, as we never agreed to anything involving my transmission. I sat there for 5 hours while he replaced the shocks and «fixed the brakes». I got home and the shocks were leaking all over the front tire. All he did to the brakes was replace the pads. I stopped by the next day and showed him the leaking shocks and he said to come back in two days and he would have rebuilt shocks ready and waiting. I showed up and waited three hours for him to then tell me he thinks its just the seals on the original shocks he gave me. When I inquired about these rebuilt shocks he said he would have ready and waiting, he said his guys never got around to it. SO WHY MAKE ME WAIT THREE HOURS TO TELL ME THAT. So he said he would order these seals. I let him know I was going on vacation and that I would be back in two weeks and he said that’s perfect that he would order them tomorrow. I called him up when I got back and he said to call him back in 30min while he looked to see if the part came back in. I called back in 30min and he said to call back again. I called back again and he said he would call me back in 30. And I never heard from him again. He lied to me time and time again and ripped me off. DO NOT GO HERE.

Quik fix are the best. My battery was stolen from the moped and it did not start. The person from quik fix came picked it up from KCC parking lot ant took it to the shop. 2 hours later they told me what the problem was, put new battery in (I bought one) and even put gas in for no charge at all. Frank is a very nice guy himself. If I ever get in trouble, I know who to call’

I love quik-​fix! I have a Kymko so a lot of shops either won’t work on my moped or they keep it for weeks and weeks claiming they are waiting on parts but that is never the case there! Quick note: if a woman answers your phone call and she is rude don’t let that turn you off from them she is the only one I’ve experienced there that isn’t nice.
Last year someone tried to steal my moped and messed up the ignition so I called the Honda place to tow it and they said their first available tow was in 3 weeks and it was going to cost $ 120! So I jumped on Unilocal and called these guys, they towed it for free the same day and had it fixed in less than two days for $ 100 out the door.
A few months ago my moped was actually stolen (by some tweakers) and then returned to me (how often does that happen??) So I took it back to quik-​fix and they fixed everything that had been messed up in less than 4 hours again for $ 100 out the door.
They won’t try and run up your bill by fixing things that aren’t broken or ripping you off for parts or any of the shady things I’ve seen some of the other shops here do. Take your moped to these guys!

I had to push my moped to the closest place to where my moped broke down. Turns out I found the right place. Quik Fix cycles told me exactly what broke on my moped and they even saved the replaced parts for me to review. I they gave me fast, fair and honest service. I only wish they would take credit cards especially when service is over $ 150.

I liked them better when they were located on Queen street. Now I have to pass all the homeless to come here and I dont trust bring my bike at this location either. So I end up driving here to pick up parts.
They have everything you need for your moped. I personally dont bring it here to get fixed because once again, I don’t trust the location but I buy parts from here once in a while.
I got my first koso kicker here, and it’s still going. I also bought purple grips here and she go…
Also bought clutch and center springs here too.
I never spent over $ 100 here before. I think the most I spent here was $ 30 (kenda tire) spark plugs, and I think a new coil.
The one thing I like about this place is that I can call and Frank will answer all my questions. Just kinda bummed that they moved locations.

Whenever I need something fixed on my moped, I go to Frank at Quik-​fix. On my way to work, driving down Nimitz (which tends to get to 40 – 50 speed) when my throttle gave out leaving me walking dangerously on the side of the road, BUT conveniently a block away from Quik-​fix cycles. I needing new throttle wires, was done within a couple hrs and could not be happier with the service. Being a lady, most mechanical places wouldn’t both explaining the work being done, but every time I ask, Frank is always willing to break down what it is that they did to my moped.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had dropped off a goped to the shop in hopes that they could tune and fix whatever needed fixing (they said they could fix). A whole week went by and mind you I went everyday after dropping it off and all gave me was excuses about this an that and that I had to fix this, this problem came up, oh the guy ain’t in… A big waiting game basically.
Never go here. They make you wait 20 years for NOTHING! Not professional no one sitting at front desk besides the wife whom is not helpful either… And the workers ain’t friendly. Terrible service if I could give zero stars I would.

I haven’t written a review in years but the service was so awesome that I had to make an exception and write one for Quik-​Fix.
I bought an used Vespa which is hard enough to find a repair shop that will work on it, without ripping me off. Case in point, the local authorized Vespa dealer wanted to charge $ 700 for parts and labor to replace both tires. Quik-​Fix gave me a quote over the phone right away at $ 280 for both tires.
They even asked a tech to come into work an hour early so I could drop my bike off before work. Unfortunately, the tech ran late and I had to get to work so I couldn’t drop it off. I called Quik-​Fix during lunch and they offered to give me a ride back to work to make it easier. Granted, I only work about a 5 minute drive away, but the effort definitely made up for the morning let down.
The service performed? I’m no bike expert but the guys at Quik-​Fix replaced the tires and changed the oil like I asked and didn’t offer to upsell me a bunch of other repairs. They also straightened out my handlebars so I could feel safer when riding. When I picked up my bike, they answered all my idiotic questions with patience and even gave me advice on safety, registration, insurance, etc. Good looking out, Quik-​Fix!
I’m planning on taking my Vespa there for all repairs! Quik-​Fix was honest, timely with the repair (just not about opening early but I can’t fault them for trying), and they really did make my Vespa feel safer. Its rare that I feel good when forking over $ 300 to a business but the guys and gal (Renee who answers the phone) were totally worth it. I will definitely go back for all my maintenance… now if only they they did safety checks!

Just came back from this place
Left my moped to change the throttle cable and they did two other things I did not ask for, cleaned the carb and changed spark plug.
They Charged me $ 40 for cable exchange and $ 40 for the labor, the rest was small job according to the guy so they wouldn’t charge. lol
I payed whatever had to be payed, $ 85 and went out.
Yet another place that rip people off and think they are stupid.
Also, I went there on a Saturday to pick up the moped and it was 5 guys outside waiting for them to open at 10AM, two workers that came were late 20 minutes.

Franks new spot on 818 Iwilei Rd, Honolulu, HI 96 817 is 20x better than is old spot on queen street. Big warehouse al the bikes are inside and his team works jut as great. I just brought in my pronto because I lost my keys ad he is doing a complete ignition switch for only $ 100 in 20mins. Unreal service.
