Of course like any mom I wanted to buy my daughter her FIRST gold bracelet. I had an AMAZING experience with Alina. She is very nice and knows her stuff. She got all my designs I wanted and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Plus she offers a layaway plan that makes it affordable. I’ve already put in my daughter’s second bracelet and necklace order and I can’t wait to see it! Thank you Alina

The owners are nice & friendly. I ordered a 32 mm bracelet and paid IN FULL on October 1st. I was promised completion of my bracelet in 2 weeks. Today is November 18th and still NO BRACELET! In between these dates, I have called and each time some excuse why the bracelet hasn’t been made! Excuses from they didn’t order enough gold to they lost the invoice and drawing. I on 2 separate occasions had to give them the details I wanted on the bracelet. Even with that, the sample layout sent to me was WRONG! They have lots of customers… every time I go there they are busy. But, something isn’t right! It has been over one month and nothing but excuses!!! Beware! Fast to take the orders and $ but cannot deliver as promised. Extremely disappointed!!!
