I don’t see why there are so many good reviews about this store… This store has one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I went in to the store with my nephew to get one of his air soft guns to get fixed whoever the fuck the guy that helped started to raise his voice at my young nephew and gave my nephew all these stupid excuses of why they couldn’t fix it. Complete bullshit. After having such bad service my I drove my nephew to e-​power in Pearl City and they took my nephews air soft gun and fixed in less than five minutes, they didn’t even charge my nephew because it was such an easy fix.
Another incident that happened a few weeks back, I went in there to ask a couple of questions about certain air soft guns, the more questions that I asked the guy behind the counter started to sound annoyed like I was wasting his time, yet there was no other customer in the store but me. I was actually going to purchase one of the air soft weapons that I went to inquire about but because of the bad service I walked out.
I have also noticed a couple of time when I was in the store that if you’re a customer that looks like you are just in there to look but not buy anything, they either won’t even bother with you or if you asked them questions they give an annoyed answer.

This is one of the best place to buy knifes airsoft guns and gear.
The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable.

When you’re a noob to airsoft, this is the place to go. Peter and his staff are top notch sales people. PE has an awesome selection.
They also have real steel accessories. Check out their sights and scopes. Very awesome.

They have a great selection of intermediate/​advanced level guns for the hobbyist that is spending between $ 200 to $ 1,000 for their air soft gun. I love their line of KWA guns and purchased a G36C over a year ago and had no issues with my weapon. They have a 30 day warranty for unmodified guns. Keep it stock, use the recommended battery and don’t abuse and your gun will last a long time. For those individuals that want change the barrel, modify your lipo battery, and hold the trigger for full auto during play. This is not the place for you. Consider purchasing on line, save money, and you should care about the warranty at this point. This location carries a large assortment of Black hawk accessories, which also cater to the intermediate/​advanced player.

This is the best place on the island to purchase Maxpedition gear. They have a big selection for such a small shop. They also have some nice Blackhawk gear and a nice selection of EDC items.

This store is mainly filled with Maxpedition/​Blackhawk gear. They do have a decent selection of AEGs and pistols, mainly KWA/​clone brands. Their main store is the store to go to if you want guns (from them).
The store is well packed with gear. Their prices are very competitive. Despite being an airsoft store, they do carry very limited amounts of real-​steel stuff (some which are old as well), all at cheap prices (picked up a spyderco sharpener kit for $ 20 cheaper than another RS store).
The staff here, until the time of writing this review, have been non-​aggressive and helpful when needed.
It is a bit out of the way, and to have to pay to park is rather annoying. Bring a buddy along and have them stay in the car.
