Potpourri School Uniforms

Parking is a little far from store front, building smells like a sewer with people out front smoking and staring you down. We placed an order for school uniforms over 6 weeks ago and they still have not came in. Customer service is also terrible, when walking in, no one greeted us. The only person at the front desk was on the phone making a personal phone call talking about «beating up» someone. We stood there waiting for her to get off the phone for about 5 mins until someone else from the back came to help us.

We are required to go through this shop for my son’s school. I wish there were a better way or even better quality. The shop is decent, but in a weird location where parking can get crazy. Everyone just double parks outside or pulls in front of the shop and sometimes have no courtesy, but are blocking the people trying to get out. The good part is that the uniforms came in over a week earlier than estimated, bad part of this is that when we were there the line was super long and we had not planned on waiting there for almost an hour just for a pick up. It looked like there were only two people working there.
Suggestion: They really should have more workers and maybe a better system. One for people picking up only, one to work the register for other items, and another one helping with people who need to be fitted.

I called their number and was put on hold for an obscene amount of time. Finally I just decide to go to the store after that.
They do not make the aloha print anymore for Pearl Harbor elementary. No valid reason why. The print is only custom made there and they ran out and WILL NOT be making anymore aloha uni’s at all.
Pearl Harbor Elementary had no idea that they discontinued the Aloha Print after I gave them a call. Buy your shirts from the school they are cheaper vs going to Potpourri. No bundle deals at all. I wish I could give a half star for okay customer service.
WASTE OF TIME

My son’s school requires we go through Potpourri for their uniforms this year … very busy place with lot’s of different private schools using them as well — happy to report that they are very organized so made the process go alot smoother !!! hopefully the quality will be as good as their service.
