TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE******** Pizza Hut is our families favorite place to order pizza and wings. We always order and have it delivered but this time we were visiting the wine place next door and decided to do a carry out instead. So we order 32 wings and some bread sticks. The bread sticks were amazing and we enjoyed them with our wine. We then open the box of wings and they are baked not deep fried like the other locations. Besides that, the wings were disgusting, they put the wrong sauce on them and also they were soggy and the bones were breaking as we would bite into them. Of course we called PH back and they said to us that we have to speak to the store. The store said we can go ahead and order pizza with a store credit. We asked if they delivered to our street and they said no(although it’s literally ten minutes away) come on. So we tried to explain to them that we drank wine already and we are unable to drive to get their order. They said she can call her manager tomorrow and have her see if she can transfer it to the store that delivers here. Thanks but no thanks because we have no dinner tonight!!! This is mind boggling. We will not order from Pizza Hut again because of this.

So… what do I eat after a work out? Salad? Nope. A lean piece of meat with a lot of grilled vegetables? Nope. A healthy, green smoothie? Not even close. I decide to get a pizza because I got one of those mass-mailed brochures showing this glorious pizza… glorious in its cheesy, warm, flavorful beauty. So, after working out, I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut. I ordered the new cheesy bites pizza with pepperoni, garlic, spinach, and fresh red onions. Keep in mind the pizza only comes with 1 topping for $ 16.99; each additional topping is $ 2(but I needed those veggies so I can say I had a ‘healthy’ pizza… at least in my head, it sounds reasonable). I got the garlic buttery blend for my pizza bite flavoring. The pizza was good(IMO, Pizza Hut pizza is always delicious), but I love the additional bite of gooey cheese in the crust with a light flavoring of garlic from the seasoning they added to the crust. It wasn’t overpowering, but the flavor was there. Of course, I can taste the pepperoni and I could find the bits of garlic thrown in. The spinach helped to add a soft texture to the pizza and made it less oily. The red onions were cooked so that it added flavor without the pungent taste of raw onion. I also ordered some cinnamon sticks. If you’ve never had them before, the cinnamon sticks are like breadsticks minus the cheese and seasoning but add on a buttery, cinnamon sugar mixture that just melts in your mouth. It’s even more delicious when you eat it fresh out of the oven… or delivery car. It’s like cinnamon toast but with breadsticks instead of bread. I have a lot of leftovers, but I’m more concerned about how I can burn all the calories I just ate.

First, why the option to give a star even exist? I order a medium pizza, pepperoni. Nothing complicated for a Pizza making franchise. Food: Pizza was burnt, wayyyyyyyyy to much Rosemary in the crust. Did I mentioned the pound of grease? Oh yes, swimming on it. I wanted to trash the whole thing but my husband manage to eat it– not without the«this sh*t is nasty. I wish I could take my money back! Lord this was horrific

This location does not do wings stop. And is further from my home than the liliha location. Either start doing wings or get out of my location, I don’t understand why they would make me order from a location thats further from my house.

You send me a flyer in the mail, then tell me none of your locations deliver that far(Tantalus, 1.5 miles up the road from you) Dominos does, guess I know who to call for some quick pizza now. I give you a 2 star only cause the confused employee sounded nice. Mahalo

I ordered the easiest pizza in the world to make on what was clearly my most frazzled day of the month. Two hungry boys to feed and they only eat thin crust, cheese pizza. Not only was I charged a three dollar delivery fee, which did not include the tip for the driver, but said pizza took 45 minutes to travel one and a half blocks to me from the Wilder Pizza Hut. The pizza came burnt. Brown cheese looked like sausage. Burnt sausage. Burnt. I took a picture of it because it looked like a meat pizza. I called Pizza Hut with two hungry children nagging and they told me it would take 45 minutes to resend another pizza, «to make things right.» Frankly, I would’ve settled and not complain if they have at least sent me a coupon for a gift card for a free pizza. Then they’d at least have a second chance to do it right. Of course, little children don’t have much of their taste buds developed but I do. The pizza was horrible. Never again, Pizza Hut. NEVER. Awesome service! I am glad to have gone to this location because of the courteous staff and management. If I ever go back to this location, I am going to use the coupons that I still have. I am glad to see the cashier was reconfirm my order that I called in and it was fast. I am glad that the cashier was able to talk story with me while I waited for my order and I am glad that she asked me which breadsticks that I wanted, which was the one with the parmesan cheese on top and I have to say that she made sure that I got my order correctly and made sure that I can enjoy my meal and savor the moment that I am. So I am going to return to this location because of the fabulousness service and the people who made my order were friendly and as I was walking out the door the young gentleman was holding the door for me as well. Thanks for taking care of my order and will be back soon

Here is a perfect example of _I’ve experienced WAY better! First of– the parking lot and area in general are difficult. It is basically one way but people still try to drive the wrong way since it is so short. It is a busy area — especially when school lets out nearby. The doorway/front door are pretty dangerous. I know that it is an old building but it is way not ADA or safe compliant. Inside is toooooooo small. Sometimes there is 2 chairs and sometimes they are re– purposed. There is really no room at all to stand or do anything else except for ordering and coming back outside. It takes longer I think waiting for a pizza order than at other places. Maybe because waiting is so stinky there that there is no room or that they are a delivery only place that thrives on the delivery of tons + tons of pizzas since there is no room to sit. Service is quick as they take orders all day long. But after that nothing. Best to call ahead and just show up 20+ min after ordering and it should be ready. NOT good for kieki at all as they could get hurt possibly. Not good at all except for delivery.

talk about customer service. How can a manager raise her hand towards a customer after making a complaint… really I don’t remember this ever being a part of training when I applied

Absolutely PATHETIC customer service!!! You had your chance, Pizza Hut. *shaking my head* We NEVER order from Pizza Hut, but were excited to try the new line up of pizzas. we never got a chance to try them. With a family of 5 to feed, it’s crucial to have our food at a certain time with that many mouths and hungry bellies to feed. We were given a 40 minute quote for delivery. 40 minutes came, no pizza. 50 minutes came, no pizza. 60 minutes came, still no pizza, so I called PH and was told that they only have 2 drivers, with 1 of the drivers car who broke down and that the Manager would be calling. Oh, but we have another 2 drivers coming in. Yipee! That’s great, lil too late for me. The Manager called a few minutes later explaining that my pizza is delayed due to the drivers car breaking down, blah, blah, blah. I would’ve been more understanding if I received a call at the 45 – 50 minute mark saying my pizza will de delayed. not when it’s already 60 minutes in. Kids are starving, hubs is beyond hungry at this point. Talk about lack of communication and poor service. I asked if my pizza was gonna be delivered to me cold. Manager said no, it’ll be served warm. Considering that PH is only 5 minutes away, I replied back saying I want my pizza hot, no, better yet cancel my pizza order, I’m going somewhere else to get pizza. Buh-bye. *click* Get with the program, Pizza Hut. Not even gourmet pizza will save you.

Ordered two pizzas via the Pizza Hotline 808.643.1111. I had asked for the buffalo chicken pizza and was told they didn’t have buffalo chicken pizza. OK(I guess). After hearing the different chicken pizzas I picked the BBQ chicken and the ham and pineapple. Thought I was ordering the large sizes at $ 13 «something» per pizza. Anyhow, when I picked-up the pizzas, they were flat crusted(not thin crust; I had ordered hand-toss). When I inquired, the man who rang my tab for me agreed it was«flat.» Basically, they were not given sufficient time to raise before baking. Since I had a hungry family waiting for me, I took the smaller sized than wanted, different flavor than I had wanted pizzas home. After seeing the pizzas more intimately at home and tasting how close their consistency reminded me of fruit leather, I called them back. Luckily they record their phone calls and after the manager listened to the phone she informed me that they could change out they pizzas for me if I returned them to the store and that their phone agent was just confused about the types of chicken pizzas they sell. WOW! I wish I could be confused at work. So that’s it… I guess the value of the customer is gone at pizza hut. I’m not even going to capitalize the restaurant’s name because they are no longer a proper noun to me. Very disappointed to know the popular institution that I grew-up eating is satisfied with taking advantage of the patrons who built their empire with poor corrective service and sub-par finished products. I’m done now. P. S. Buffalo Chicken pizza is still an option, now they call it «Buffalo State of Mind.» They’ve gone gourmet with the names. Off to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner.

It’s Pizza Hut. 3 stars is good! We order from this PH whenever we’re in the mood, since it’s like a block and a half a way. We almost always carry out, because the delivery charge and the wait is not worth it. Plus, walking to get it makes us feel less guilty about the cajillion calories we’re consuming. I’m normally not one for focusing my reviews on corporate chains. I know that’s discriminating, and I’m sorry. But I like to give my love to the mom & pop shops who need to publicity. Moving on… A couple nights ago we decided to order because we got their new fancy menu. Now, as an east coast native, I’m real picky about my pizza. Pizza for me, comes in 2 flavors: Cheese & Pepperoni. You can throw on some other meats or veggies and they’re still pizza. But when you start getting in to all these other concoctions, they become fancy pizza to me. I guess other people call them«Gourmet». Now, I’m willing to try new things. So I decided, let’s give these new fancy pizzas a shot. We decided on the Garden Party, because it was the only one sans meat. I wanted a different flavor up crust, and they wouldn’t. Which is fine I guess, but kind of a silly rule. I mean, they’re all still dough, what’s the difference? I wasn’t really sure what to expect, because like I said, not a huge fan of the«fancy pizza». When you start talking about crushed tomato sauce with fresh spinach and a balsamic drizzle, I don’t think pizza, I think something else! I don’t know what, but not pizza. We get it home, and at first I’m pleasantly surprised with presentation. They actually used fresh spinach. It looks like it was added after cooking. It was a little warm, but still crisp. Not soft and wilted like it was cooked. It was actually a nice touch and a better way of including the spinach. The balsamic drizzle was surprisingly sufficient. Not too much, which is possible, and not too little either. The«hut original» crust or whatever it was called, was pretty good too. Like I said, we would have preferred a different one, but it was good. All in all, for a chain pizza, and a fancy pizza at that, it was quite good. I think we’d order it again for sure. Well done Pizza Hut, well done.

I’ve been here many times for pizza. I will always be a loyal Pizza Hut customer because I love their pizza, but their service continues to disappoint me. Whenever I go there, I’m always waiting forever. I called in a pick up order and they told me my order will be ready in 15 minutes. I casually took my time arriving hoping it would be ready by the time I got there. However, that was not the case. I arrived after the 15 minutes. And still waited about 20 – 25 minutes longer. They’re lucky I love their pizza and wings so much.

Horrible service(at least at this location). Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad pizza only to have the delivery take an hour and 45 minutes(compared to Domino’s 25 minutes). The pizza was delivered without the Caesar salad toppings and the driver had to go back to the store and get a side Caesar salad for me to dump onto my pizza when it should have already been baked into it. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

They won’t deliver to Papakolea. I was okay with that if you knew where I lived. But it was the reason they gave me which really got me a bit perturbed. They said it was not in their delivery area. And this is in light that Papa John’s is farther yet they do deliver to our area! I spoke with corporate and they honestly admitted they had some bad experiences with customers in my neighborhood. Understandable since I used to work for Dominoes a while back and we did not deliver to certain areas of Palolo Valley for the same reasons. But we were not afraid to tell them why we would not deliver there and had to come and carry it out. They should at least teach their employees to be honest with their customers in these situations. I would not have minded picking up my order if they told me the truth in the first place. They should be more worried about their integrity than their image. Although I still love their Big New Yorker and other sides I will not do business with them again… first impressions make big impressions and I just found it all to be distasteful. And to note there is nothing wrong with the people in my neighborhood, but I can honestly admit through personal observation, that some of the residents here CANBE downright disrespectful!

I just picked up my Classic BBQ Chicken Pizza as ordered and it was ready when they said it would be…15 minutes. Service seems to be okay although my complaint would be the size of the location is extremely small and it is tough to fit just 3 people standing in the waiting area without being hit by the door. The only other thing is I realized I wasn’t offered cheese/peppers which is okay since it wouldn’t have gone well with my pizza, but I can see someone being bothered by that. Go online to see specials and get coupons :)

Service was unacceptable. Three people that came in after me got their food before me and they didn’t call their orders in. A worker was behind the counter eating pizza and cutting customers pizza at the same time. The other workers didn’t say anything and when I confronted them about my pizza not being ready they said another person had a large order which was a lie! Pizza had barely any cheese or sauce on it. Should have checked there. The upset was too much we didn’t want to cause a big scene there. Soo in conclusion I’d get your pizza fix elsewhere. Even Taco Bell would have been amazing better deal by far. Lesson learned!

Thought I’d try something different besides Papa John’s. Delivery was 30 minutes late & I was given the wrong order. Should have checked everything before walking back to the apartment. They’re getting 2 stars instead of 1 because customer service was very helpful. Back to Papa John’s.

Attention Pizza Hut! Attention all restaurants! It’s one thing to raise your prices. After all, we’re in a recession. But it’s just darned sneaky to raise your prices and lower the quality and quantity of the product at the same time. Once in awhile we treat our kids to personal pan pizzas from this particular Pizza Hut, then we sit in front of the TV and watch a kid’s movie. What we have noticed is that they are putting less cheese and less pepperoni on their pizzas in the last few months. In addition, the diameter of the pie has shrunk as well. Why do I say it’s sneaky? Come on, how many of you actually think to get a ruler out and measure the diameter of the pizza to compare with in the future? I mean, it never occurred to me that they would reduce the size of the pizza. But they have, and no, I am not suffering from visual hallucinations. Food entrepreneurs, if you must raise your prices, go ahead and do it. But it’s adding insult to injury to reduce the quality and quantity at the same time. The end result is you will lose previously good customers like my family, and that can’t possibly be good for your businesses in the long run. Don’t forget, many of us can cook at home. In fact, in my college days, I used to bake a mean deep-dish pizza for cast parties. Hmm… maybe I’ll go work on one now!
