Business Owner
Originally from Chicago. Ate my first street food about 40 years ago from a hot dog cart. Started in the restaurant business 35 years ago and never stopped. Chef and owner of The Garage restaurant and bar in Chicago for 6 years. Moved to Hawaii in 2004 with plans to open a food truck, finally put it all together in 2013 and things are going great.
