So perfect after a girls weekend staycation! Just what we needed after a long night, right down stairs in the hotel lobby, walked down there got a caramel macchiato with soy, yummy! Took it upstairs to the room and laid down with a ham sandwich, heaven! Quick service!

This is my first time trying Peet’s Coffee, and it’s pretty good! Their food items and coffee in general is pretty pricey; my small half-caff maple almond milk latte was a whopping $ 5.71. It was delish though; that maple syrup is great!

This kiosk is right in front of the Sheraton hotel. It is a coffee kiosk but I never tried the coffee. The Dole Pineapple Whip is a must try. It is a pineapple soft serve. It is so rich and smooth. Tourists stop by the Dole planation on Oahu just to try it but you can get it at this kiosk without making the drive to the plantation. If you are planning a trip to Oahu and looking for recommendations, please see

Peet’s coffee itself deserves about a three cuz it’s really only about a step up from Starbucks. Their tea is better but not stellar. However the customer service here is muy bueno. I got an iced tea one day and the next day the cashier asked me if I liked it. Yeah not a big deal but it’s nice when people actually remember you like that. Not only that, you can also chill by the luxury pool after you get your drink should you be a guest at this hotel(why else would you be here). Can’t hate on poolside chillaxation.

Great service by a cute boy! Was good but not as great as the DOLE in Disney land CA. Easy to find outside of shereton hotel. What made it not the greatest was the consistency. Melted really quick could have been thicker and iceier. Still great tasting!

Went here for the Dole Whip Pineapple. This is located at the lobby of the Sheraton Waikiki. Definitely convenient(near walking distance of the Royal Hawaiian Center). Ah thanks Peet’s for carrying the Dole Whip!

im gonna go ahead and declare peets coffee the best coffee in waikiki. there are 2 peets @ the sheraton hotel, the one im referring to is the one out in the front by the valet. u can park @ the sheraton hotel and get validation there and explore many of the hotel’s amenities. as i was charging my phone and sitting on the rocking chair next to the koi pond beachside by the swimming pool, there was a moment where i thought. «this hotel is really fancy». mostly everybody in line were ordering soft serve ice cream. funny thing is the barista who made my coffee is my neighbor who live in the same building as me and earlier that day we were in the same elevator going down and i was like«didn’t i just see u in the elevator?» hahahaaaaa!

I got the soy iced matcha latte with a little bit of vanilla syrup and it was so good! One of the best soy iced Matcha lattes out there. The staff is also very friendly.

Although not as good as most Peets in mainland, I give them 5 stars based on where it is and serving consistently good coffee in the center of Waikiki overlooking the ocean. I always get their Kona press pot and it’s very good and very affordable for what it is and where. Even a cup of garbage«coffees» are about $ 3 in Waikiki. I know this is independently owned, not the real Peets owned and managed by Peets, so I wasn’t expecting the same quality, service and staffs knowledge as the real ones, but based on what it is and where, I think it is fair to give them 5.

I had an iced chai and breakfast sandwich. Both were very good. The two ladies working the stand were great!

This place disgust me, very dirty and unsanitary. I saw an employee touch money then grab a pasty with her own hand. No gloves or tongs. The condiment bar are was sticky and rubbish bins were full. There were little bugs flying around in the pastry case, and when I brought it to the employees attention, she just ignored it. Nothing in the store looked clean. There’s caked on dust on my he walls, outdated coffee beans on the floor. I even noticed that they don’t even use real Peets coffee espresso to make their drinks. They use a generic brand. I’ve gone to Peets in California and it’s wonderful. Simply the best. When I went to the Peets in Waikiki, I was very turned off. The place just looked like a dump. Please don’t waste your money going to Peets. I just Shake my head.

A cool Peet’s tucked all the way inside the Sheraton. It’s a far walk from Kalakaua Ave so be warned.

Kind of expensive but good for a coffee if you are staying at the Sheraton. Wouldn’t recommend Chai Tea Latte or Green Tea Latte because it really taste horrible. Iced Vanilla Latte is still my drink of choice and they do a pretty good job on that.

Okay, so I went to Peet’s in Seattle and it was great! Great service and great coffee! Now, I come back home and discover they have one here, so I get really excited! Then I go there and honestly, that was the WORST service I have ever had! Hands down worse experience. There were two girls working at about 8:30 at night and it wasn’t busy at all. In fact, I was the only one there. I ordered 3 coffees and the barista gives me the first one and starts on the second and I’m putting the lid on the coffee and like the cup slips and I drop a big puddle on the counter. Whoops, those lids are pretty hard to put on, especially when the cup is almost overflowing with coffee. I grab a bunch of napkins to clean it up and the barista sees the big puddle as she sets the second one down and is like ‘Oh too much coffee’ and goes on making the third cup. Like oh, you think? You know what would really be helpful? An actual towel! Then the second girl comes along, sees the puddle, and walks away like nothing happened. Okay, if you are going to work in the hospitality industry, especially in a tourist attraction like Waikiki, you better be good at your job. I used to take notes for a hospitality class in school, and that’s the exact opposite of what you do. If you want to be a good at your job, you help the customer. They didn’t help at all. Terrible. I’m still cleaning the puddle and she puts the third cup down and leaves. Well you know what? Your counter is sticky! I hope you cleaned it! I dropped coffee on the counter and I would normally be embarrassed, but I was pissed when I left. Not only that, coffee fell on my shirt and we’ll see later if it stains. I know the camisole I was wearing is gone. A wet towel, hell a wet napkin, would’ve been nice. I don’t care if you had a long day, if you can’t handle working in Waikiki, don’t work there at all. The coffee wasn’t very good either. It was really bitter and I like bitter coffee. Never going there ever again. You can get better coffee else where and better service from a five year old.

My wife and I went here because we love our Peet’s back home in the SF Bay Area. My drink was OK. But my wife ordered a latte with half-n-half(breve) and it didn’t taste good. It was way too weak. She brought it back and asked for the barista to fix it(nicely) and the barista refused to help. Definitely poor service and not what I expected!

My first a few visits to Peets, not in LA but an ocean away from home. And it’s been good! Vanilla latte – $ 4.50 for small, $ 5.00 for medium. Pricy, of course. Because it’s Honolulu, because its inside the Sheraton Waikiki, and because its ocean front! But it’s good, and that’s all it takes for a four-star from me. I had it three times! Beside, the people here are just NICE. Always smiling, always friendly, always caring. I don’t mind paying extra dollars for the friendly culture that’s hard to get in LA. You know what, that is actually PRICELESS. MAHALO to Peets.

This is a little Peets kiosk in front of the Sheraton next to the Royal Hawaiian. On more than one morning this was my coffee savior. They have a small bakery case that we would get little things for myself, son and husband before we trekked out on our daily adventure. My other favorite thing was that the employees were so nice. They were above and beyond nice to to me and my family. It’s shocking sometimes when people treat you this great in the service industry. Peets is not my favorite coffee but I don’t care as long as the customer service is excellent. It makes it taste better.

We are Peets regulars when staying here at the Sheraton Waikiki. Two locations: infinity pool and hotel entrance /turn around. Good brews. Wife likes just coffee with room for cream. I’m on vacation: Mochas, lattes, fredos — whip cream on top! Yeah, now we’re talking. Dole Whip is now offered at both locations. No need to drive halfway to North Shore for this tasty treat formerly located only at the Dole Plantation. Don’t get me wrong, we USED to do this! Drive across the flipping island for a $ 3 Dole Whip. Might as well get one for the road while you’re at it. Anyway, my only beef with Peets is that they won’t redeem your punch card at either of these locations. In a word: bummer! As such, you lose a star!

During my stay at the Sheraton Waikiki, this was my morning go-to spot partly because it was convenient(translation: I was lazy and/or running late). But more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of coffee drinks, non-coffee drinks and food items they’ve got goin on. Sure, the prices are kinda high, but this is Honolulu AND it’s in a hotel. You do the math. The breakfast egg sandwiches and pastries– like the croissants and cheese Danish, were all really good. Not exactly swimsuit friendly(and ironically they’re right by the pool), but if you’re on vacation, you only live once right?! YOLO. FYI: Their other kiosk location at the main lobby entrance sells dole whip! Woo woo!
