I had a great experience. I went with a friend. We did the photo package. The photos were great and they give you the SIM card. We did the highest 1000ft out. I highly recommend it. While we were up we saw whales pop up out of the water. It’s a very calm and peaceful cruise when your up high. You can choose to get dipped in the water or stay dry. The boat is nice. The captain is always looking out for your safety. I would go back for sure.

Awesome company. From the check in to going up in the air, everything was very professional and smooth. The guys on the boat new what they were doing and flew us like a kite. I was scared at first, but when you get to the top, it’s so peaceful and had some incredible views! We did the highest one and glad we did. I definitely recommend this outfit and if you’re going to do this, splurge and go to the 1,000 feet. It’s worth it.

This was a really fun outting. My 2 kids and I all did the «Whale» which is the longest ride. We did it as a 3-​some which I was a little tentative about but turned out to be the best thing. We also did the dip which was fun and surprisingly warm :).
When I made the reservation the person I spoke with (Tom) was a little more uptight (as opposed to warm and easy) on the phone and one of the guys on the boat seemed a little cranky but then he seemed to warm up but other than those minor issues it was great.
One note, if you are prone to motion sickness you should definitely take somthing in advance. I had no issue on the boat itself and was fine going up but after being up there for a couple of minutes my queasiness set in (and remained until back in the boat)!

My husband and I have been wanting to do parasailing for a while now. We finally found the place and this was it. It was hard for us to find the location because there are many parasailing companies on the same area. After we found the place we had to wait for a bit because the boat was delayed by a couple of minutes. Once we got on the boat it was straight to the point. We were the last to go so we got hit with the wind but it was a lot of fun.

Pryce and Brian were great guides. We were able to view some whales during our flight as Pryce managed to position us overhead of all the whale watching tour boats and Brian made sure that we were secure in our harnesses before we went on our flight. Would definitely do again.

Really awesome experience with these guys! It was a really quick process. After arriving we signed the mandatory debriefing/​liabilities paper and within 10 minutes we were on the water. The total experience was approximately an hour which I liked. In and out with a lifetime, never forgettable experience. Fastest water activity we’ve done.
As for the ride itself: wow! We recently went skydiving and being as high as we were, reminded us of that but better in the aspect of it being quiet and peacful. It’s very romantic (we went during the sunset — highly recommend it!). The view it offers gives new life to Waikiki with a different angle. All the pictures we took came out gorgeous.
Up there, it feels like you are in a swing, in fact, much more secure and safe than a typical swing.
This is by far one of the best attractions you can do as a local or tourist. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ experience, would do again!

I cannot recommend this company enough! For me going parasailing was all about getting over my fears of heights. Tucker and Price made me feel so comfortable esp with the fact that I was on my own and nervous. Tucker even came up with me to ensure I was fully comfortable. Now I cannot wait to go parasailing again… the views were amazing!!! If you are thinking about going parasailing this is the company to go with! Thankyou Tucker and Price!!! Your the best!!!

There are so many options for parasailing here in Hawaii, but we figured that safety was important. From the stories we heard during the week we were extra happy with this group. They were professional, fun and we had an amazing trip. Highly recommend this group for your family fun.

What an amazing experience! Tom was great to work with and the crew was wonderful! We celebrated thanksgiving by parasailing, and they made it so special!

My husband had the absolute best time. They were so nice and even though it was pricey it was worth every penny!

It gets three stars just for the employees who were very nice. And I did enjoy the ride. I really expected to rave about this place but unfortunately I can’t. My friend and I were excited to go on our first parasailing trip. I was going to use my camera but decided instead to leave to «the professionals» so I could just enjoy the ride big mistake. I was handed the disk, the words «we’ve been having problems, so if there’s an issue call» hmm ok. Well I couldn’t check it until I was home because I only traveled with my iPad. Oddly enough, another couple on the ride back to the hotel, said they never noticed anyone taking pictures. I chalked it up to they probably didn’t pay attention. I get home and the disk isn’t even formatted. No pictures nada. I call and the guy is like «oh well» we have a new camera now. Not much we can do expect refund the picture fee. Oh and next time they will take the pictures for free. Thanks, I will remember that on my next Hawaiian vacation.
First, if you know you are having camera issues to start with why even use the camera? Suspend the photo package until you have a good one. I would have planned differently if I had the option
After that I’m not sure I want to spend another $ 70 to use this business.

My boyfriend & I wanted to do something crazy to celebrate for our 5 year anniversary. What better way is it to do it through parasailing?! Booking online was extremely easy. We got the dolphin package which was 750ft and 6 – 8 minutes in the air. We initially booked it for 9:00 AM but we were running late since we got lost. I called the number and asked if we could switch to a later time. The lady on the phone was really nice and switched us to 10:30 AM without additional charges!
When we got there, we had to sign a waiver. Then they went over the do’s and don’ts before our take off. Bryce (or was it Brian?) and Nate were so wonderful! They made me feel safe even though I can’t swim. We didn’t have to go out too far since the weather was really nice! We got the picture package too, which was $ 35. I suggest to just get it. Nate took our pictures and all the shots came out great! He captured all smiles and excitements my bf and I had. We also asked if they could dip us in the ocean. We got lucky and got dunked in TWICE! (I think it was because I kept screaming so they were messing with us ;) nonetheless, it was SO fun. I would definitely do the 1000ft in the future when I return to visit Hawaii!

This is the first water sport I have ver done in my life:) I packed up my nine year old and off we went parasailing I was running late because the address needs some updating it takes you to a dock and you really don’t know what you are looking for so I called and the gentleman was wonderful they literally waited for us about 8minuted behind! We checked in and we were off:)
The boat ride was bumpy and it was really early me and my daughter had not eaten breakfast they do not have water on board so I re commend bringing crackers and ginger ale because if you think you are immune to motion sickness you are not my fellow Unilocaler! My daughter and I both got sick and threw up during the boat ride but they were kin enough to slow down and let us lean over as comfortably as possible:) I hate to say it but yes we blew chunks on the boat no was injured I the process we still had a great time.
When we got up into the sky it was amazing the view the feeling and the look on my fighters face was priceless I had a whole day planned for us but after the chunk blowing she ready to relax:) the only reason I can’t give them five stars is because there were some glitches in the beginning I thought could have been handled a little more professional but it was all good!

First time parasailing and even though I have no prior experience, I can tell this was not the best parasailing operation on the island.
We were picked up right at our hotel by Craig, a super friendly guy. Craig is one of the reasons I’m being generous on my rating.
Got to the dock and met the owner or manager, a middle age man who seems rather serious and unfriendly. He greeted the group without a smile and did a quick check in. A couple of people in the group purchased additional activities but were informed that the activities were cancelled due to maintenance. 10 minutes later, we are on board and heading out. The crew consists of the captain and a crew member whose names escape me. The crew member put the harnesses on all of us and then turned to help the captain with the chute. This is where it starts to get interesting… it took them a good 10 minutes (at least) to unfold the chute. That thing was so tangled inside out that even an amateur like myself would know that there has gotta be a better way to fold and store the chute. They finally got the chute up in the air only to bring it back down again because a line was left unzipped. At last, we were strapped in and ready for take off. Up we went for 60 seconds when the crew noticed that the cable rope was frayed and I have a picture to prove it. Mind you this is the cable rope that was gonna take me up 1000 feet above the ocean, you think they would have checked it first. Furthermore, who was the poor soul that rode it last? Did s/​he know their lives were hanging by a thread?!? Down we came back, and now the captain took a few pictures of the frayed rope before that part was cut off so we can begin our activity again. Up again and the view was breathtaking. The ocean is gleaming blue, the sky is clear, and I can see Waikiki thru my bird’s eye view. They lowered the sail and dipped us in the ocean before bringing us back. Time flies quickly when we were up in the air but the view was fantastic. I would definitely do parasailing again but probably with a different company.

What a great experience! We booked the morning of and were able to parasail the same afternoon. There was 3 other families on the boat. Josh and Nate were super fun and engaging. We all can’t swim and have a fear of heights but we just felt peaceful.

We booked this very last minute (a few hours before) on our last day in Oahu! Super fun, the people were nice and the water was great. I recommend bringing a friend, a waterproof cam/​GoPro, and a happy face. It’s not scary at all, and you may get wet a little.
Also, choose the 1,000 feet package. It’s worth it! Get pics as well. Go!

Im glad I booked this activity for my family! We had so much fun. This is definitely a must for people that are looking for some fun activities and cheap too.
I was a bit skeptical for my kids to do it, oh man they took care of my kids when they were up there.
This trip is great overall!

Great company. Clean, professional and very safe. I have gone parasailing with Paradise Watersports Hawaii twice in the past year and both times were very enjoyable. The boat is super clean and the staff is very attentive. They make sure you’re comfortable, they explain the process very well and they’re funny. The captain was extremely experienced making me feel very safe. If the captain notices the winds are becoming too strong or the ocean too rough he will cancel the trip. I feel this company is more concerned with quality over quantity. Our safety comes first, not our wallets. Thank you Paradise Watersports Hawaii for always providing such great service.

I highly recommend Paradise Watersports! I was pretty anxious and a bit scared at first about parasailing. I have a small fear of heights so I was a bit apprehensive. But our captain and crewsmen put me right at ease!
We booked the 3:30pm flight for 500ft (Turtle Flight). We also booked the photo package, which I highly recommend because we ended up with over 100 photos of our flight.
The captain actually took us up to about 800ft and I’m so glad that he did because it was so much fun! The ride up was so smooth and effortless that I was hardly scared at all. The flight was super smooth and it’s so calm and serene up in the air. I never felt scared at all. We requested no dip and our captain managed to only have our toes skim the water — which was a great experience.
I would definitely fly with Paradise Watersports again! Perhaps next time I’ll even do the 1000ft!

WE LOVE PARADISE WATERSPORTS! Thank you for a great experience! We got to try parasailing for the first time & I was beyond nervous! The two man crew made me feel safe & reassured me that it will be ok. I am afraid of heights! The boat ride is a little bumpy so take some meds if you need to. It didn’t bother me because I was more focused on what was about to happen. You have a great view of diamond head & the water is beautiful! You are let out from the boat nice & easy on the rope & it’s so smooth that I literally felt so much better right after that. They offer to dip you in the water too then sail you back in the air for a few mins more. When you come back down you are also landing on the boat & it is an easy smooth landing! Try it!
They offer to take pics for you on your phone or if you wanna pay for nice ones on their camera. They take pretty funny pics too if you chose to pay. I kinda wish we did now because looking at the pics on here made me jealous, they look so funny! Anyway, Paradise Watersports was amazing & made our experience very memorable.
I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to do parasailing in Oahu!
