Pan Am Building

Located in a great spot, the Pan Am Building is a building full of office spaces and businesses. The building fronts Kapiolani Boulevard and the parking can be accessed behind on Makaloa Street. Right next door are several of my favorite business such as 24 Hour Fitness, Don Quijote, and Hokkaido Ramen Santouka.
On the first floor of the Pan Am Building, there is an American Savings Bank, a coffee stand, a supplement shop, Finance Factors, and more. Bank parking is located on the first floor and parking for the rest of the building is on the upper floors.

This place houses a lot of doctors and other businesses. I used to come here to see my chiropractor. The main reason I come here now is for the very good coffee that I purchase downstairs. I would have only given it three stars due to the fact that there is nothing to do here unless you go to American Savings, work at the many businesses the buiding houses, or have an appointment here. However, I am giving it the extra fourth star only because of the yummy coffee and the good service that the coffee stand outside provides. The name of the coffee stand is called, «Clipper Cup». Too bad there isn’t a page for that place here on Unilocal.They make one of the best cups of coffee here in Hawaii.
