Literally downloaded this app to give this place a bad review! I usually don’t have negative things to say but this place is literally the worst! First off there are 2 parking spots to use and the first time I came to do my wash the worker said I could park in the back. Today I went to do my wash and again and again both parking mania taken. When I went to park in the back. Unloading my daughters and clothes & This old woman comes out yelllllling at me asking me «you can read sign? You stupid? No parking here.!» I replied I’m here to do laundry it says«reserved NLS(nuuanu laundry service)» she says«I no care read sign!» Come to find out she was the owner! So I move my car. And carry on with my laundry. But when I open a dryer to use I see 5HUGE roaches climbing into the vents UGHNEEDLESSTOSAY I TOOKMYCLOTHESANDLEFT! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! ***only one star cuz I couldn’t post with NOSTARS!****

Three attempts to use this place because of its location to my home. After ruins by a comforter, still charging me, taking it back again to clean what their washers left on, they wanted to charge me again. I stopped yesterday to to give them another shot since the owner said she would credit my next visit. I was told it would cost me more because of the issues they had with my last visit. #done

Been coming here for a while now since it’s the closest laundromat. The cost is decent for the quality of the machines so it busy through out the day. I used to love doing my laundry here till recently when they started using every machine they can to wash commercial airline’s/hotel linens. I’m fine waiting for other people to do their laundry but I think the laundromat workers should leave at least a couple washers and dryers empty just incase a customer comes in:(

My family has been loyal customers for 10+ years at this Laundromat. Kim & Dustin were basically my mama and papa when my grandma would send me to wash by myself(my grandma is a meanie) Although my grandma is a hell of a washer lol. She taught me to bring all of these item: –clorox wipes –lysol spray –2 rags –dryer sheets(Bounty) –tide –a cup of quarters –clothespins –hangers –and water First, you wash your rags. Then you go to the washer and spray the washer. Use plenty spray!(other peoples dirty clothes was in there brah!) Then, you wipe it down with one rag(your wash rag). Shake the clothes before you put it in the wash. Put your quarters in, let the water run, the 2 cap soap. When all the clothes is in, you grab the clorox wipes and you wipe the table you use! OUR table is the one to the left(if you’re looking at the laundromat, the 2 tables) We’ve been using that table ever since lol. After you wipe the tables, you get another wipes, and wipe the baskets. Turn the baskets upside down and let them dry. After the clothes pau wash, you spray and wipe the dryers(with the other rag) and you put dryer sheets, THEN the clothes. When the clothes pau dry, put it in the basket and bring it to the table and fold. IF clothes need ot hang, you hang it and pin it with clothespins. BOOOOOMKANANI! Clean clothes! Kim & Dustin watched over me when I was small to make sure I could do everything by myself and made sure nothing happened to me. Now that I’m older I watch over them. I clean up everyones rubbish that they throw around. I let her know if anything happened. They’re so good to their customers, and people take advantage. Pretty soon shes gonna start putting hours on this laundromat. It’s sad to see that people are robbing them and breaking their machines. You cant get any better laundromat on this island! Take care of them guys!

First bad review, but it needs to be noted, even with the bbb! If I could give them no stars I would! It is by far the WoRsT business I have ever seen in Hawaii! An ultimately EpIc FaIL place of business! I’ve given this place of business my 3 strikes you’re out & I’m never doing business with you ever again ordeal! As to my review with this place let’s start off with the machines… machines are not at all maintained! Machines are dirty doesn’t dry your clothes even if you put the machines on high, still dries at a low to medium function all the while spending more than $ 3 to dry a load! Secondly… areas are not kept clean, floors are filthy! Owner doesn’t care, all she cares about is money! She walks around the place collecting the money from the machines not picking up any of the rubbish on the floor, then goes into her little space & waits… LaZy, leaving it to her employees to clean up after her & the business, all the while she yells at her employees to hurry up on something else she wants done, instead of keeping the place clean! Last is customer service & she is VeRy demeaning to her employees! This woman is unrealistic & unsustainable towards her employees! She makes false accusations towards them, when in reality it was her fault, saw this happen to her employees a few times in one day! Then if you are not paying for services of drop off laundry she looks down at you & says snappy things to you the costumer! She then turns arounds to other customers & puts on her little façade, smiley face(wth, you just said some unpleasant things to a customer that didn’t do anything to you, now you want to smile & act as if I didn’t see what you just did?!) Evil! I’d like to know how you stay in business! Never recommending this place to anyone, not even a stranger on the street! This person needs to learn some customer service skills MaJoR!

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time and i like that this laundromat stays open 24 hours. Their prices is reasonable. The coin exchange machine is located on the service side mauka of the place. They offer laundry services during the day, i have tried it only once but they were good. The owner is one funny lady i’ll tell that and if you’re here when she is, you should listen to her crack jokes. There’s a few homeless people that hangs around here at night. Some of them would use the washers too.

One of my fellow Unilocalers recommended Nuuanu Laundry. That was a good recommend. I had some dry cleaning done and the job was as good as my former drycleaners who closed a few months ago. It was a challenge finding a new place– but worth the trying. I just went back again. They do both laundry and dry cleaning. The wash and fold was also a good price; they charge by the pounds; minimum charge $ 10 for 8 pounds. The dry cleaning pricing is par; compared to others but it was very very well done. They are also fast. A must try for anyone looking for dry cleaning services
