I get a lot of my clothes dry cleaned, but 99% of the time they aren’t even dirty or smell or have stains. I just need to get them cleaned so I drop them off and spend so much!!! Especially when I drop of my blazers or coats.
Last week I really needed a white blazer dry cleaned and needed it back within 24 hours.

With all those problems I felt like I was going to spend over $ 25 to my coat back in time. But the total was less than $ 13, I just had to pay 10% extra to have it cleaned over night & the stain removals were free!!! It was awesome & I will be dropping off all my clothes here from now on. I just wish they had a posted price list up.

I’ve lived in several states and been to quite a few dry cleaners both great and horrible. Having seen sticker shock with dry cleaning prices here in Hawaii, I decide just to go to a place that was highly recommended by people I knew. This Hakuyosha is the second closest location to downtown but actually has parking so I go here instead. Costs vary and nothing is published and this location does not tell you about the additional fees when you drop off your clothes. Pleats on pants/​shirts cost extra, cuffs on pants cost extra, early pickup is anything faster than 4 business days from the drop off day, dry cleaning and laundering is about the same price. Stain removal is sub par at times. I had a small pen stain which looked like nobody even bothered treating. I was going to take it back but decided to use good old hair spray like I have in the past and it worked like a charm. I guess dry cleaners are so used to using the chemicals they have on hand and giving up afterwards that they just let it go and tell the patrons too bad. BTW, when I got my pants, they didn’t even tell me that they couldn’t get the stains out.
Parking availability — is good so long as it is not during lunch hours, which can be packed.
Hours — Great that they open later so I can pick-​up on the way home, even working late hours. However, they could open earlier than 8:30AM to accommodate business professionals who need to get in earlier to work.
Cost — On par with other cleaners on most services and higher on a few others. The extra fees for basic things (in my opinion) is what shocked me.
Stain Removal — For the most part they try, I think. Pen stain removal was routine for all the prior dry cleaners I have been too.
Items dry cleaned — mens slacks, dress shirts, ties
I think as a large chain, it is just tough to get the quality control and customer service just right. For the price, I just expected more service and quality.

I love this Hakuyosha location. Easy to get to, lots of free parking, and getting in and out is a breeze. And to top it off, each time I’ve been there, the service has been amazing and professional. At one visit, we needed a tuxedo shirt cleaned and pressed asap. Not only did they turned it around in a day, but they got the stains out in the shirt and did a wonderful job. This particular Hakuyosha is located next to Times Supermarket toward the end of the strip mall. Thank goodness for them! They’ve saved us a few times!
