Nisei Building Maintenance

I am disappointed in their customer service. I asked them to come in to do an estimate of my bedroom for cleaning. However while I could not be there, the land lady was. They were only authorized to look at 1 room. Instead looked at the entire apartment. My house mate and I were going to do some cleaning ourselves. Anyways that part is between my housemate, myself, and our land lady. What gives them this 1 star rating is the fact Dean stopped responding to my texts. After being told texting was the best form of communication. It is fine that my land lady was going to email me. Not fine that he stopped that form of communication. I am technically still the customer as he will be paid from my money. So I give this group or Dean (who I was told is the owner), this 1 star rating for horrible customer service. I hope to never use this service again and do NOT recommend for anyone.
Also prior to asking for this estimate, I asked him for the possible cleaning date of Oct 2 or 3. He said yes. But now in the email from the land lady he can do Oct 5. Which is not feasible. If I had known this would turn out to be a big fat LIE. I would not have had this estimate done.
I am so disappointed. I am not sure if the service itself will redeem itself and move up to at least a 3 or 4 star rating. Anyone who uses this cleaning company BEWARE.
However they do good work and were able to get several stains out (hard water stain in the bath tub) & dirty carpets :) As far as I could tell from a picture. But I still wouldn’t recommend this type of customer service.

Nisei Building Maintenance have been a pleasure to work with and have great customer service along with a great work ethic. I recommend them for any Commercial Cleaning that you need done at your business.
