AMAZINGASALWAYS! I’m in love with the lemon chicken! The noodles and the green bean chicken go very well together. The workers are very nice and let you sample everything. They also give you a little bit more than you ask for. They gave me shoyu chicken and it was so good. I would come here again!

This little hole in the wall is located at the Ward Center, in the outdoor section near other hole in the wall restaurants. The restaurant is literally a hole in the wall where you walk up and place your order. We were scoping out a couple of the other nearby spots when we noticed Mr. Egg Roll and were offered a free sample as we walked by. The samples were ok but the food in the warming trays looked decent so decided to try it. 2 item plates, including your choice of fried rice or noodles, will run you only $ 7.50 each plus tax which sounded like a killer deal. I saw a picture of BBQ roast pork in the window but didn’t see it in the warming trays and was told that it was still cooking and wouldn’t be ready until 12:30 pm. Since we had a flight to catch this wasn’t an option so I opted for soy sauce chicken and sweet & sour pork to go with my noodles. The soy sauce chicken and the noodles were decent tasting but I’ve had better. The sweet & sour pork tasted like crap and I ended up throwing it out after trying to stomach a couple bites. The pork was hard to chew and the supposed sweet & sour sauce had little taste… The ladies that ran this little shop were very friendly and continuously offered us samples of things we didn’t order so that we could try it. Overall the food was mediocre… I’d much rather go to Panda Express because the food would have had a ton more taste. Keep in mind that this place is CASHONLY.

It was a decent hole-in-the-wall kind of place. I had the green bean chicken and lemon chicken. It was pretty good. The aunty there is super nice– She gave me an extra piece of chicken and a gau gee. Some people might be hesitant to eat here, but it’s all up to your personality. I didn’t mind the«conditions» of the place.

Omg. Wheres the Health Dept. Ive been sitting here for almost and hour and this lady has yet to wash her hands. she has wiped her elbow, that wipe the counter, that wipe the window, that wipe her nose. And yet her hands again. Ewwwwwww. She uses this small clear cup that filled with water to stretch out the sauce jn the food. Also use scissors to cut several different food up without washing it between use. Than when new food comes up to mix with the older food. you can see blowing the steam off as she mixs… talk about contamination! Omg never! NOMATTERHOWMANYFREESAMPLESHETRIESTOHANDOUT

They got me with the good free sample. I had some complaints at the start: they have no free water(which I believe is a law to provide diners), and only take cash. Any well established business should always take a credit card, otherwise the only excuse is an effort to maximize profits at the expense of the customer. The pork and chicken quality were only okay. The positives: ample portion sizes, good value, and good taste. Not the greatest, probably wouldn’t eat again.

The last thing I wanna do is kill a little mom n pop shop, but other than energetic and friendly service, this little hole in the wall just isn’t very good. I stopped by for lunch and ordered szechuan eggplant(plainly pictured in several of their photos) but was told it would not be available until after lunch. Like, dinner time. So I opted for green bean chicken in black bean sauce, chicken with shitake mushrooms, and fried rice. The rice was hot and fresh, albeit rather tasteless, and the entrees were lukewarm(if that) and undoubtedly leftover from yesterday(or the day before, or the day before…) G-I system is presently(and unpleasantly) confirming that hypothesis. The box came with some sort of fried dumpling that was borderline fossilized. Two item combo supposed to cost $ 7.50, but my total came to $ 8.22. Does that mean I got charged for a cup of water? I thought that was illegal. Panda Express has this format down to a fresh, tasty science. Don’t cheat on the Panda.
