Meet the Manager

Manager
I love Chinese Bubble tea and street food since I was a kid. When I was in high school, there is one very popular café cross street from my school running by two Chinese couple, they serve delicious street food, snacks and amazing bubble tea, milk tea and iced coffee.
After graduating from college, I decided my journey to travel different famous street food cities in China. I’ve since covered more 8 provinces in my quest to see China’s most remote and beautiful areas, and to taste the different regional foods along my way.
Today, Chinese bubble tea shops and traditional Chinese street food occupy nearly every corner of China and United States. They spread to neighboring countries like Japan, South Korea and then to the rest of the world !
My family moved to the U. S when I was 17 years old, and we started our family business on this dream land. Today our main goals at Mickey Café are to promote Chinese style bubble tea, street food and Chinese tea culture in U.S.
