A relative pre purchased an ear piercing for my baby daughter and we easily made an appointment for a Saturday visit. Robin was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I think not too many people realize the store offers this service. I’d highly recommend it as the shop feels clean and sterile, and there’s a sink in plain view. With those accessory mall shops you don’t necessarily know how clean it is.

The new Merle Norman store at the Ward Centre, is more spacious and seems to be brighter than the store at Ward Warehouse; more importantly the same staff made the move. It is a plus to have a personal relationship with someone you buy makeup from.
I have used many comparable brands over too many years and have found that buying makeup is very personal and having the right associate is so important. I used to make purchases at larger department stores but over the years have realized that many of the associates are just sales clerks. Their knowledge about their own product was sketchy and the need to sell was so important.
What does Merle Norman offer at their very cozy store?
The staff is very experienced and knowledgeable about their products. It’s great to not be rushed and to be comfortable. It’s so much nicer to be sitting in a secluded table in the back of the store instead of being in a department store with people milling about.
The prices are comparable to many department store brands and buying makeup is fun once again.
I like the products that I am using and am very happy to have returned to a brand that I had used many years before.

A motto I learned here… You shouldn’t look like you just spent hours getting ready for work, and you should never leave the house looking like you just rolled out of bed!
