They do not answer the phones whatsoever which is so unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Huge disappointment!!!

Joe and Sage are AWESOME! We searched all the «regular» car rental dealers prior to our trip last month and stumbled onto their Mali Bella website. It was one of the best things we did. They were so accommodating and understanding. They dropped off the car at the airport on arrival and we in turn dropped the car off in the parking structure upon departure. It couldn’t be easier. By the way, their prices were way below the competition and these weren’t scratch and dent cars. We had a beautiful Land Rover! We will definitely use them again. Mahalo Joe and Sage.

I rented a car from these guys a few months ago when they were just getting started. The owner bent over backwards to help me out. They hooked me up with a great truck at very competitive price and I could not have asked for better service. I will use these guys every time I go to Honolulu, and that is a promise.
