Best nail salon I’ve found here in Oahu!
Prices are good and nails are even better! They stayed open late just to save my friend and I from a bad nail experience somewhere else. We will continue to be back! GO HERE! They’re awesome! Great costumer service!

The worse customer service! I walked in for a pedicure at 10AM on a Thursday and they placed me in a chair. I waited 20 minutes and never got seen! It wasn’t even busy! I walked out and went to a different nail salon. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else!

Friendly staff & Parking garage attendant helpful. Elevator is old but Salon is very clean … Something I found lacking in others in Ala Moana area. Very accommodating for walk-​in service.

My ultimate favorite full service salon. Reminds me of back home in Cali. My nails are so pretty I actually had to open a Unilocal account to brag. Love the team here, they always make me feel like a lady again. Blessings!

Me and my husband got our haircut by a girl, i believe her name was «Sa». She was very friendly and did a very good job with our cuts. We both left happy and everyone was very friendly. Very welcoming and clean environment. Will be going again :). The only one thing that i would say they need to fix, is the ac. I don’t know if it was broken or just weak, but me and my husband left in a sweat lol.

I asked for a foot massage while my gf was getting her nails done.
They started at 100 $ when she asked the price, then 65, then 55 $…
They will try to get as much as they can from you.
Regarding the massage, they just don’t know what a foot massage is.
Wearing gloves, no pressure on feet, i felt like, actually i didnt feel anything…35 $ gor that…
Though the place is clean and the chairs are nice (they massage much better than the employees there)

Definitely a great place. Very understanding when late, I usually called to let them know though. They seem intimidating, but very friendly and funny. Ty is very nice and seem willing to try out new designs. I strongly recommend this place.

Five stars for convenience (I live in the building!)…and for cleanliness, size and layout of the shop and the nice staff.
Three stars for services as I only get a toenail polish change and can’t judge any of the full services.
Luxure is new to our building and hasn’t built up a large clientele yet so it’s easy to get an appt or just walk in. The basement level of Discovery Bay is a tough location for most businesses. I wish Luxure much success.

My daughter, 2 years old, and I came in for mani/pedi’s during a staycation. This place is in a perfect location and it is very clean. Rose and Sara took very good care of us. Sara was fantastic, very patient and sweet with my daughter. I appreciate that Rose went over the different options and the cost.

This place does it all! And they are so clean and friendly. I am new to the island and found this little gem by accident. I am giving them 4 stars since I have only been there once. I will be returning next week though. Sarah and Rose are fantastic! Sarah has exceptional steady hands and is so talented. I’ll post a photo after my next visit because she really is amazing and I’ve already ruined my nail art on my toes this week. They offer waxing, hair-​cuts, massages, and nail services. And at the most reasonable prices. Could you ask for anything more? My nails look amazing and I cannot wait to go back and try out their other services. OH! They validate parking! I guess you can ask for more… =P

Laura gave me a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. She welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and there was no wait. This salon can also do 3D art on your nails! After Laura painted my toes, her husband Ty did an intricate plumeria flower on my big toes. It’s beautiful!

Just moved here and it’s by far the best salon here. I’ve never been treated so kind and been taken care of so greatly by people. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails and they did everything to the highest standard. If you want a positive upbeat environment go here! They also speak fantastic English!

Went in to get a pedicure, the lady that did my feet did a great job. I did they spa pedicure which is great. I chose to get a manicure while my feet were getting done and the lady that did my hands was terrible, took her all of 5 minutes. She cut some square and some rounded didn’t cut my cuticles! Would never recommend nor will I go there again.

Unfortunately the worst pedicure experience I’ve had. Went with my mom and her water was cold and mine was way too hot. The woman giving my moms pedicure seemed irritated we were there. The pedicure was expensive for what it was and the time spent. Every common treatment they wanted to charge extra for (to pumice feet was an extra $ 5) The whole thing lasted maybe 20 minutes. It is clear that they cater to tourists and don’t value a repeat business. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had really hoped this would be a good place since I live in this building. My first visit for nail refill went okay and I was happy. My second visit for a refill was rushed… marginally acceptable and charged me more than the first time. My third and final visit was pedicure… This was the single worst pedicure I ever had. She did a half ass job on the cuticles, trimmed one toenail and scratched the heck out of the tops of my toes and once I got home I felt a crack/​uneven toe nail that had originally prompted me to go in there. And the polish job… my cat could’ve done it better! I’m sure she was new and I’m not a super picky person but if I pay $ 50 for a deluxe pedicure… I better get my money’s worth!
This shop IS very clean but if they wanna succeed they need to work on the service aspect badly!

Nicely appointed, large salon with friendly staff. I had a regular mani/​pedi & even though they did ask a few times about ‘upgrades’ like paraffin wax wraps or callus removal, they weren’t pushy, which was nice! Everything looks good, would definitely go back.

Finally I found favorite salon in Hawaii. This is my second hair color with Sa, she’s amazing she tell me what look nice or not on me And this time I did red omber. I was scare at first but it turn out so pretty all my friend are loving it and they want to hv the same color. And they also hv nail, spa, waxing. And I also get eyebrows wax from Ross she’s supper sweet lady but she only work on sat&sun so make sure you call ahead and make appointments with her

This place is a very nice, clean, friendly serene full beauty spa. The chairs are amazing! Found this place on luck and so glad I did. Right across street from Hawaiian Prince (who wanted to charge 60.00 just for a pedi) No way! Ty did my fill and pedi. Loved it! I recommend this place highly!!! P. s. they do hair, waxing, nails, lashes and more. State of the art chairs. Very impressed! Will be back on my next trip.

Definitely my new nail/​eyebrows place! The salon is brand new with brand new spa chairs and an awesome staff. Ty did waxed my eyebrows and did a great job. Tina did my manicure and pedicure and also did a great job. Everyone is so nice and everything is well priced. Love it!
