Lululemon Athletica

I’ve been waiting for this Lululemon to open for awhile now. I live in Waikiki and often drive down Kalakaua to get home. After passing by the «coming soon» sign for so long, I am so happy that the store is finally open, especially now that the Lululemon in Ala Moana is hidden in a corner. Until Nordstrom reopens in their new location in the Ewa wing, I really have no reason to walk all the way to that side of the mall. Luckily, this Lululemon is convenient for me and the store size is comparable, if not bigger than the one in Ala Moana.
I have been waiting for a specific Lulu top to come back into stock, but it hasn’t come yet. I did find a top that was similar (and obviously, I pounced) and LOVE it. I love my Lulu yoga pants, capris and tops. The fabric (which is engineered in Taiwan) is always so well made, stretchy, yet supportive, in awesome colors and prints. I’ve never felt the need to buy their «cold weather» work out attire, but it is definitely just as cute. They also always have a small sale rack, but don’t expect huge savings.
I’ve found Lulu salespeople to be friendly, but distant. Nothing spectacular. One time, at this location, a salesperson came by while I was browsing to tell me about a top I was looking at. She seemed to genuinely LOVE the top we were discussing, she was even wearing it at the time and I ended up buying it along with a couple pants.
I’m not sure exactly where one would park to shop here and the Kalakaua sidewalks can get packed with people. The store always seems to have a few people, but is never crowded. I’ll continue shopping here, more so keeping my eye out for that top I didn’t buy and regret so so much.

Insanely friendly service! While trying on several pants, they would ask how I was doing and if there’s anything they could do to help. I ended up spending $ 140 on three pairs! You cannot beat that!

This place kills my bank account but it is sooooo good for my wardrobe. I was in serious need of upgrading some of my workout wear and I easily found exactly what I needed. The staff was helpful is asked but otherwise left us shoppers alone to browse. I wish there was a store near me but then I’d be broke!

Just stumbled across this lululemon in Waikiki, turns out they just opened on Friday! Very light and bright store. All the store associates were very friendly and willing to help. I heard they have a free yoga class on Saturday mornings at 8:30 in the store. And yes, apparently they push back the clothing racks to make room!
