Our Spaw Day packages are all-​inclusive so that there are no hidden charges for you & only the best care for your FBF. We have a multi-​pet discount for multiple pet families & a built in loyalty system for all pets that get groomed regularly.

Every dog has his or her day at our Zen Pet Salon which is why each Spaw Day is tailored to meet the skin and coat needs of your fur baby which always includes:

Established in 2014.

Our vision was born with the idea that pet grooming should not be scary! It should be done with compassion and love, and with the foundation of your pet’s physical and emotional health as our top priorities.

Studies prove that with regular attention to your pet’s skin and coat condition, proper nutrition, and good oral hygiene, you can not only increase your best friend’s quality of life, but also his/​her longevity.

We only hire certified groomers. Our salon is modeled after internationally-​recognized Nash Academy in Lexington, Kentucky. Our owner also interned at world famous Sepia Animal Academy in Tokyo, Japan,

Just loving this place. Super friendly ladies with awesome attitude, great soothing music and aromas in the air that make your little critter feel so relaxed. Just went in for a nail trim for ‘Mr. Kamu’, our little adopted Bichon; he usually gets way stressed out over stuff like this and did not appear to be bothered by my ‘abandonment’ at all. Next time will be the full service grooming; from what I saw on the other little ‘puffball’ being groomed, their work is A++++

Happiness and zen restored. Staff are very attentive, scheduling and pickup well coordinated by multiple modes of communication. Reminders sent to ensure frequent patron discounts never missed. Our dog cannot wait to enter and hates to leave her spa appointments. Our cat, while less enthusiastic, exits looking like a well groomed feline each time.
Krystal is always looking for ways to add value and service for her clients. Over the holidays she introduced pet portraits– can’t wait for next season.

My poor dog had the worst groom job EVER at this place. Yes, she was matted but how she came out was even worst. If they suggested a complete buzz to the skin, so be it, but the groomer made a wreck out of it with jagged clips here and there and her tail was butchered. The owner was also rude!
I would never go back there again.

Can one person gush too much about a place for their furry kids? Live.love.pet is adorable. The people are super friendly, very caring and great with my pooch. Murdock had been to various different groomers but had never been a handsome as he was after they worked their magic! Very impressed and extremely pleased! Mahalo, live.love.pet!!!

I took my German Shepherd and ½ German Shepherd ½ Husky dogs for their second visit. The dogs are quite big. The groomer that I followed there had left. The German Shepherd gave Ashley a hard time so we decided that she would just brush him out. He came out looking very good. Giovanni groomed The Husky and he came out gorgeous. Both the groomers didn’t have any notes to follow about my dogs yet they both came out looking gorgeous. Especially the Husky. He has never looked so good. We have already scheduled our next appointment. Thank you Giovanni and Ashley for a job well done.

Took my puppy chu in for her first time grooming. The service is awesome! The owner is very caring! Unlike other places that are just in the business for the money! She also explains to you in detail about what services your dog will receive. She is amazing! My chu is my baby and I highly recommend LIVE, LOVE, PET!
I’m extremely satisfied with the end result of my chu girls new look! We will definitely be returning!

They do a great job here and are awesome with your pup! I have a golden doodle who’s fur can often be quite matted from all her beach trips, but Destiny and the other staff are all super sweet to her and she comes out looking great! We’ve gone here about 3 or 4 times now, and will definitely be back thanks to the staff, convenient location, and competitive prices!

My Miss Gemini, Loves spaw day at Live Love Pet! I love coming in for my appt and finding a special hand written sign that says «Welcome Gemini» outside. All the staff is always full smiles when we come in– And that is just the beginning of the adorable charm of this salon.
The groomers are so kind and gentle with my Gemini. I love watching from the outside window as they work. This gives me the confidence that they are treating my lil pal with the same kindness as I would.
Every time Gemini gets groomed he comes home smelling so sweet, clean and looking handsome. Not only is the whole experience above and beyond other groomers-it’s just as affordable-​Their prices are great.
The boutique has some really unique dog gifts, last time I picked up a pair of Doggles. Yes– Doggie Goggles. They are ridiculously awesome!
I will never go to another place. Live Love Pet is the best pet groomer in Hawaii!

I recently lost my precious long hair Chihuahua, Zumi, who truly adored Krystal at Live, Love, Pet for the exceptional care she gave her until she passed away in July. Now I have a 4 year old Pound Puppy named Hoku; and although he is a short hair Chihuahua, Terrier and Shiba Inu mix, he too love’s going to the salon for his Spaw Day! Krystal and her highly dedicated staff of true dog and cat lovers, are always sensitive to the animals left in their care! The Salon is impeccably maintained and the prices are very reasonable. For me, living on a fixed income of Social Security, it’s very important to find such a gem in a grooming facility, whose care of my dogs is nothing short of exemplary and outstanding. We highly recommend Live Love Pet to anyone looking for an outstanding and reasonably priced groomer!!! Carol Nahinu and Hoku.

Very good experience. They were very nice to Russy and he enjoyed getting his hair cut together with the other dogs.
I couldn’t find the shop so I called and a lady came out to the street to meet me and showed me where to park.

Just got my bull mastiff mix groomed here. They are so welcoming and friendly! I just knew my puppy was in good hands. After he got groomed, I ran my hands through his coat and barely any hair came off, which I didn’t even think was possible. We got him groomed at petco before and it just does not compare to the quality at live, love, pet! I will definitely be coming back again, and again, and AGAIN!

Took my pup, Ms. Sophie in for the royal treatment (Full groom, Sac squeeze, nail trim). I wasn’t sure about the place because I haven’t heard much about it. Now, like a lot of pups, Sophie is full of energy, curiosity and plays by her own rules. When I entered the shop, we were greeted and Sophie began to wonder off. When I summoned her, the groomer said that it was perfectly fine for her to wander the store. This small gesture instantly made me feel comfortable. She then played with the dog, let her smell her and gave tons of attention to her (Which sophie loves).
The groomers are all trained in immediate pet care and certified. They also took the time to listen to my concerns and what my pet likes and dislikes were. This was more than a business transaction and I made the decision right then and there that I would be a premium, regular customer. I actually had a baby shower to attend and the groomers worked with my schedule. I could not have asked for a better experience! I received the bill and was smiling ear to ear to see the low cost of service! They emailed me a receipt and even a before and after shot of my pup. I hesitated writing a review because I didn’t want the WHOLE island taking their pet here! LOL! But I do want to see their business flourish. This is the best pet grooming experience I have ever received and I hope you and your pet enjoy it as well, Annnnd, I swear if I can find the before and after pic I will post it because I promise you, Sophie is smiling in it! :)

As I write my 400th review… this one is a very special one for me, as it involves my furry son Makana.
As I was going to lunch the other day with my coworkers — (Duk Kee Chinese restaurant), I just so happened to pass by a little pet salon called — «Live Love Pet!»
What really caught my eye was this cute little doggie getting his grooming on, at this salon.
After I had finished up my lunch at Duk Kee Chinese restaurant, and was heading back to the Kaimuki municipal parking lot, I decided to pop on in to see if I could get an appointment for my furry son.
Sure enough, the friendly girl at the desk was able to squeeze me in for a Monday afternoon appointment at 1 PM. Yay!
I must say, this salon is really on top of it! They will send you a text to remind you of your upcoming appointment.
I brought Makana in just before 1 PM, and he was done by 4:45 PM. Everything was taken care of… he was given a bath, nails cut, hair cut, & butt squeezed.
His fur was sooooooooo soft! It was soft as a baby’s butt!
Sorry to be a beaming father, but I can’t help to say how handsome he is! Makana is just a lovable doggie! He loves all other doggies, as well a people, but most of all… he loves me! :D
The great thing about this salon is that it is locally owned, not too far from my house, and the prices for the services they provide is very reasonable… they are even cheaper than Petco (the regular place I’ve been taking Makana).
The staff was very friendly, and I am so happy about the way they cut Makana’s hair! Sooooooooo handsome! Aaaaaaaaah, sigh. :)
Oh well, if you have a little furry one… may I suggest you consider taking him or her, to «Live Love Pet!»

Baby boy was in some serious need of a trim… his regular groomer was completely booked for the month of April and he could not wait that long. Looked on Unilocal!and came across this cute boutique. Took a chance and stopped in. Glad I did, because I liked what I saw.
They were so nice and welcoming, and the storefront was cute to boot — filled with cute items from pastel poop bags and studded collars to pet strollers! I especially liked how you can see the entire grooming area from the outside through the floor to ceiling windows. They were able to schedule us the following week. Yay!
Day of appointment, they asked me all the particulars and specifics (ie: style preference, how short/​long for the cut, etc.). I felt like I left my baby in good hands. However, I neglected to ask what the price would be. When I picked him up, found out the price was a little more than our regular groomer — but he did look extra handsome in his little bandanna.
The best part, they emailed me «before» and «after» pictures. The «after» pictures were adorbs! Thanks Krystal and Destiny!

Live Love Pet! gave us outstanding service. They offer a multi-​pet discount to families with more than one pet. This was for the services given on Sat. 2÷21÷2015. I called to schedule an appointment with the owner Krystal a few days prior on Thurs. 2÷19÷2015. She was able to fit my 2 boys in so soon: D.
First of all, I’d like to commend Krystal and Destiny for their grooming skills and professionalism. My boys had matted coats and although it had to be shaved clean, their heads and tails were salvaged. Their previous cuts from another business (Petco) always had them bald all over with terrible rat bites. Krystal and Destiny made my boys feeling smooth rather than choppy, and also smelling great! They took the time to neatly shape around their ears and leave tufts on their tails and feet. Cuuute! *cough* I mean handsome, dapper, MANLY!
I have always loved the location of this spaw. I’ve brought my eldest there many times since he was a puppy. I could always find a stall quickly. It’s in Kaimuki, a part of Honolulu that I feel isn’t as congested as the locations of highly-​rated pet groomers.
I love the simplicity of Live Love Pet! because they get the job done. I pay to get my dogs’ cleaned up, not for a tacky photo shoot with holiday décor in the background the way overrated competitors do. Maybe because I’m a tomboy, but those frou frou photo shoots are lame in my book. Live Love Pet! emailed me simple Before & After pictures, and that’s what matters the most… The beautiful transformation.

Seriously the BEST pet groomer!!! I moved from the mainland and had no idea where to go. I tried a few places but none that great. I read the reviews and this is truly the best place. All the dogs are super comfortable and love Krystal. She takes before and after pics. She even dressed my dog up for Valentines Day with a Pink Kisses shirt and a matching hot pink feather! My dog looks and smells fabulous. She even liked it that and wasn’t even rushing to leave when I came to pick her up. I have a 5 lb pomeranian and she definitely looks fabulous. We will be back regularly!

Brought my dogs (2 Lhasa Apso & 1 Pomeranian) in for a groom. Staff was very friendly and the dogs seemed to like them right away. The shop was clean and secure. They let the dogs run around to get familiarized with the place (the dogs really liked the little water fountain they have in their shop). Lots of parking either on the street or in the lot. Pricing is competitive and they have specials for people with multiple pets. They took before and after pictures of the dogs and even dressed them up a little for the after photos. Overall, they did an awesome job grooming the dogs and the dogs seemed to really like it there, will definitely bring them back!
