Meet the Manager

Farley R.

Manager

Farley Rossiter is Kokua’s Fish Monger. He grew up in Maine with a Mother who ran her own fish market. After high school he worked Alaska fishing boats before landing in Hawaii. He started as a cashier at Kokua until we found out his true passion and talent. So now, goes to the Honolulu Fish Auction two to three times a week, chooses the best quality fish for us, then back to Kokua to filet and package it. We are so fortunate to have him on our team. .. now we can support Hawaii sutainability by having fresh fish, fresh poke and even fresh fish cakes from the recipe he stole from his Mom!
