The 烤豬(roast pork) here is much better than at Fong’s. Fong’s is too salty and is hard not crunchy.

Decent option for roast pork at the Oahu Market. The skin gets rubbery inside the takeout box unfortunately but the meat is well seasoned. Though, if you can, try Fong’s instead.

Darn good Roast Pork(2nd only to Fong’s) and open later than most of the other little shops in OAHU Market. Service with a smile.
