finally, someone who is truly professional ! (this is not a bragging/​fake post, if you read my previous Unilocal reviews, i am not a bragger)
My mom is a massage therapist and i had many massage therapy sessions in my life. This place in Kaimuki, lives up to my expectation!
I had Ron and Ron is very helpful. I got leg muscle pulled after driving to Hana exhaustedly. I went to a massage place (Plumeria) the day before i went to visit Ron. Plumeria is not a treatment massage place. thus the lady there not only did not help my hip/​leg muscle feel better, she made it worse. so i had to find another massage therapist.

Kaimuki Health and Wellness is like a hole in the wall, but a true gem. it is not a fancy place (the living room is like, meh). but the massage therapy table is clean, comfortable and professionally done. Ron knows exactly what he is doing and I can tell from the way he treats me, he’s got years of experience (just like my mom!)

if you have pain/​aches, guys, give it a try. it worths every single penny!

One word: Brutal. Followed by four words: In a Good Way.
Man did Ron work me! Went in with tight ham strings, IT bands and lower back (from marathon training) and Ron performed such intense deep tissue work, that at times, I had to clench my fists under the covers just to cope! He was thorough, consistent, attentive and really got the blood flow back to my muscles. I walked out of there in such better shape that I vowed not to wait so long between appointments!

Although the atmosphere was not the best, the service and massage was great. Asked for a deep tissue massage and the pressure was really deep as I like it. I used a living social coupon and it was a great deal. Ron, the owner, was very nice and knows how to take care of his customers.

I fortuitously found Kaimuki Health and Wellness via LivingSocial, and what an awesome find! Ron (owner) was so accommodating, scheduling was a breeze, there is ample parking nearby and the building is nice and quiet, private, and easy to find/​access. The massage was so soothing, he concentrated on my feet (Reflexology) which significantly reduced the all-​over soreness I had been experiencing. Mahalo for a wonderful experience!
