Within the past year of my last review for Infinity Nails, I’ve gone back quite frequently to give it another shot. Like I said, it’s the closest nail place to my house and suuuuper convenient to walk right on over. Since my last review, multiple workers have apologized for the way my mani went and assured me that they are sorry. And each visit since my last review has been nothing short of awesome! Services haven’t been rushed and my nails come out looking nice and neat, the staff is friendly and we always have fun talks while I’m there. The place is always clean and services are quick and efficient. Favorite thing is that they give a loyalty/​stamp card thing and when you complete it you get a discount on your next visit!

I appreciate folks at Infinity being accommodating and easy to work with, especially my lady Susan. I asked her to have a Pride rainbow design — she had me pull up a sample design which I did and she was able to provide her artistic input to make it into what it turned out. I am preety happy with how it came out :)
The other person who did the initial cleaning of my feet got a lot of dead skin cells. Her massage was also relaxing. She didn’t verbally communicate, but I was satisfied with her work.
Waxing my eye brows was also a breeze. All this within an hour. Price was better than most, given I got acrylic gel with a design.

This is my go-​to place to get my nails done. I got my second manicure ever here and it was such a fun experience. The employees are so nice and funny!
I like getting pedicures, too, because I get the best foot massages afterward
I always get cute colors and designs in gel and they always last for over 2 weeks!

I am a regular here and I live in Kailua! I absolutely love it here! :) they always do a great job and even when I’m in a rush. I have been to several other places and this is the only place I trust. Other places have hurt me and my nails don’t last that long (1 – 2 weeks). I get gel nail manicures and deluxe pedis and infinity nails always do a great job. My nails usually last me about 3 weeks to at least a month minimum!

Ok so I’m going to update my review about Infinity because even though I had a bad experience last time, I gave it another chance as you can’t beat the price here for a mani gel & pedi.
Thankfully all my other visits have been good. I recommend Nick! I’ve gone to him in the past but never knew his name. Now that I do, I’m definitely going to request him for all my future nail appointments. He’s so kind and friendly! And he gives awesome pedicures & manis. I like the fact that he takes his time and is very thorough with everything. He was able to do exactly what I wanted and shaped my nails nicely! Place is clean and reasonably priced.

I happened upon this gem while walking back to my hotel from Leonard’s bakery (yes you must try the malasads!!!)
Really cute place across from the safeway shopping center and at 9:20AM it was obviously empty.
The check in was super friendly and fast and I was whisked away to a massage chair immediately. The lady did an awesome job… did you know you can use the microplane for calluses? I was totally in awe and it worked well. Their polish held for a whole 5 days (and counting) without any chipping and I put it through the ringer with all the walking we did around the island.
If you are on the beach in Waikiki, take the time to walk a bit more inland and give those guys a try. Or better yet, make a morning appointment and then pick up some malasads from Leaonard’s bakery :) You won’t regret either.

Gotta love infinity! This is my go to for pedis, specifically the deluxe pedi. They always greet me by name, seat me right away and dont let me wait, take their time doing the pedicure, and are really pleasant to be around. I have referred about a dozen people here since i started going here a few years ago and they have all since made it their go to salon. I appreciate that they never rush me and I can consistently go back and get the same quality of work done. Thank you Infinity!

I’ve never been a regular at a nail salon but I guess at this point I am. We go here 1 – 2 times a month. Everyone is super friendly and it is very clean which is important. Side note: the massage chairs are super comfy! I usually have Susan and she is amazing, my roommate usually has Nick who is also amazing. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Not only is it in my neck of the woods, I like the ambience of this nail salon. I’ve been to other nail salons in the Ka’imuki area and they can be quite loud and like loud with work chatter. Here at Infinity Nails, it’s quite tranquil with calming tunes playing in the background and most of the chatter that is heard in the salon are from the customers engaging with each other or engaging with the workers, not just like work chatter. The staff here are professional and caring. I paid roughly $ 60 for an acrylic full set and pedicure. Do expect to pay a $ 1 extra for glitter and shine nail polish. It’s a small salon and parking is limited, but nonetheless,
when I want to get my nails done, this is my place to go for it’s professionalism, ambience, convenience, and affordable prices for nail services.

Growing up I loved getting my nails done. Manis & pedis were $ 20ish back on LI in NY and didn’t break the bank. These days I’m the worst at girly stuff like getting my nails or hair did; I literally let years go by. Every now & then I get convinced to try a place so when Victoria M. asked me to get my nails done I figured I’d try again.
Something I haven’t mentioned… I bite my nails constantly & they’re legit tiny children’s nubs. Every salon I go into they all talk about me. I think they don’t even know what to do with my anxiety ridden soul. But I want grown up nails! I really do.
I walked into this salon with an appointment Victoria had made. She told me I should get the gel-​ish Polish for my nails so I went with the $ 45 gel manicure with a spa pedicure, regular polish deal they offer in the window. The place is clean, has music playing and a tv with captions on the wall. The massage chairs are aaaaaaamazing and I seriously wish I could have stayed there for hours. The lady cleaned up my nails and soaked my feet while I looked at color options. After a scrub brush to the feet & a massage, she painted my toes before bringing me over to the table for my mani. I’m so behind in the times and the gel polish is amazing; they have these machines you dry in between coats and boom — 100% done. No smudging while you sign your CC slip, no sitting under the dryer for 20 minutes. It’s amazing. It also is incredibly shiny & smooth. I’m kind of obsessed now.
After watching Victoria get these fun Chinese New Year half moon thing on her gorgeous real nails I’ve decided to challenge myself to stop biting just so I can come back here and get some amazing color fades & designs.
All of the staff were friendly and very willing to satisfy. I appreciated the entire experience and will definitely be back. Some of the nicer pedicure packages looked to die for and now I have their handy dandy punch card! I love me punch cards for freebies — it inspires me to come in more. I do have to say it’s definitely in the higher price range but I feel most salons are out here and compared to other places, the price is reasonable for the service you receive. Looking forward to the next girls afternoon for sure!

I needed some ‘me’ time, so I figured that a mani/​pedi was a perfect thing to do. A friend recommended Infinity Nails, so I decided to get there ASAP!
Infinity Nails is on Kapahulu Avenue. There is parking in the back, but I think there are maybe 4 stalls. I was lucky enough to get dropped off by the family. I got there earlier than some of my friends that I was meeting, but it gave me time to check out the ‘menu’ of services. There are so many choice! Manicures, pedicures, acrylic, gel, leg massage — oh my!
The rest of my party showed up and off we went to the chairs. I decided to get the special — gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. This was my first time getting gel polish, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pedicure i received was just heavenly! The attendant I had massaged so well! She took really great care of my toes. My feet were pampered!
Next, I was seated at a table for the manicure. I did not know how much work went into a gel polish manicure. I’m not sure how many coats of polish she had applied to my nails. Between each coat, I had to stick my hand under a special UV dryer. By the time she was finished, my nails were shiny and COMPLETELY dry! WOW! I was told that it would last about 2 weeks — no chips! What? I can wash dishes and no chipping? How did I live without this?
The price for my gel manicure and regular polish pedicure was $ 45 (not including tax). What a deal! And on top of that, they have a stamp card!
There service, the price, and the amount of relaxation that I got from this nail session was just top notch! I would definitely come back here again!

Hubby decided to spoil me (and himself) tonight with getting our nails done. It was later in the day so we decided to try this location as it is closer to where he works than the other place we have gone.
We parked at Safeway and walked across the street. Then noticed that they have parking behind their building. Oops! I would try to park there if you can as that road is pretty dangerous to cross.
The man at the counter was very nice, and there wasn’t very many people there at the time, so no wait. Always nice! We both did the $ 30 deluxe pedi, which included an AmAzInG leg and foot massage, scrubs, and hot stone massage. The workers were very nice and professional. I opted for a regular manicure for only $ 10 more, not bad! $ 70 for two pedis and a mani is a really awesome price for A nail salon so close to Waikiki.
The location is very nice, very clean and comfortable atmosphere inside. My hands, legs, and feet are very happy and my nails look awesome. Thanks guys!

I can’t say I get mani-​pedis very often, I’m just not that girl. It’s generally reserved for when I have to be in someone’s wedding or I’m taking my mom out for her birthday. That being said, I still think Infinity Nails is one of my better nail experiences.
Parking:
It’s rough. There’s a sign on the front that says «Free parking behind bldg,» but the lot is very small. You may have to find street parking or covertly park at Safeway and walk across the street.
Experience:
1) Massage chair = good times
2) Foot massage = good times
3) Hook for my purse = appreciative of not having to put it on the floor
4) Cutting my unruly cuticles = thank god
5) Finding out that I can use gel polish instead of getting acrylic or gel nails = WAY better
6) Having my manicurist talking to the other manicurist in their own language = awkward & 3^rd wheel-​ish for me
7) My manicurist assuming I knew what I was supposed to do = um… help? I don’t get manicures often…
Sadly for me, my nails have always been a bit nail polish resistant, meaning that whether I’m painting my own nails or getting them done at a salon, they tend to peel and/​or come off relatively quickly. That being said, this polish lasted a good long time before it started looking janky; a couple weeks is always a win for me! Other folks I know who’ve gone here have nails that lasted a lot longer than mine.
Generally, really great experience and I would definitely return for another round.

Decided to come here because it was around the area and I really wanted to do my nails.
The place was empty when I was there so they took me in right away. Glad I didn’t have to wait forever considering I didn’t make an appointment. The guy who did my nails room his time shaping it the way I wanted which I enjoyed that he didn’t rush.
However, I was disappointed they couldn’t do the design I wanted for my nails so I settled for what they had. Overall, the designs are so-​so.

I come here all the time! My absolute go to place. It does get busy in the afternoon so call ahead if you don’t want to feel rushed or end up waiting.
Everyone here is so nice and extremely patient, they listen to what you want and do their best. If it isn’t done the way you want (which has been rare if nonexistent for me), just let them know. The customer service is terrific. And many people have mentioned that Susan goes above and beyond to make everyone happy, it’s absolutely true.
I used to pay a pretty penny for the same work done at other places, but at Infinity, I probably pay three quarters of that.
My only thing that bugs me about this place is the fluorescent, «office style» lighting LOL. it’s too bright and it’s not the flattering kind of lighting either. But I manage because I love this place
I normally get a manicure with gel overlay (I think that’s what it’s called lol) and when I have the time, the House Special Pedi. I’m in heaven for almost an hour on just the pedi! YEAH!

I am a simple woman. No fuss no muss kinda gal. I don’t even own a brush! I only require 2 things. My brows waxed from Susan, and a deluxe pedicure from Nick.
Susan is thorough on my eyebrows. Wax, shape, pluck, brush, trim. Repeat. $ 12 and 15 minutes later, prettiness!
Nick does an awesome job on pedicures. I always go for the deluxe. For $ 30 it includes a foot soak, exfoliating scrub, dead skin removal with a grater then pumice stone. Followed by a nice massage with lotion and then hot rocks! He takes his time and I like that he gets under the nails while cleaning without too much pressure.
I respect that on the two occasions I walked in and had someone new do my pedicure, she asked for feedback to ensure satisfaction. Oh and when we called a couple of times to see if we could come down (living 5 min away walking distance has its advantages) they were honest and said it was busy. Love that they didn’t waste our time by saying no problem– then going down to find a full house!

I’m going to give this place a 5 based in the Deluxe pedicure and the brow wax. I’ve been around from first class spas to some pretty shady establishments. I come here because it is reasonable for the amount of service. I spend all day on my feet, so this is a welcomed luxury. Staffing usually good as I’ve never been turned away or made to wait out of the couple dozen times I’ve been here. Only once did I get turned away on a call-​in appointment during peak time.
Parking is really good but doesn’t really matter because I“m within walking distance. If you can’t find one of the stalls, you can use the parking lot they «share» with Waiola. Safeway is close by. I can also patronize one of the close by eateries or enjoy some shaved ice.
I usually get out eye brows done but really come for the Deluxe Pedicure. Before I get into it, they also have a clean bathroom and water if you’re thirsty. Unfortunately, there’s no Wifi.
So they start with a nail cut and work on your cuticles. Then they wrap your feet in plastic after applying lotion to melt your outer layer of skin. Next comes the peeler and scrub. I prefer the peeler over the razor and they take off a load of dead skin. I like to lay back for the exfoliating leg scrub. Next they wash off your leg and scrape under the nail. Next comes the Massge. I like to pay a little more for an extra 10 minutes. After that you get a nice hot rock massage. Next is a hot towel wipe down. Then after a refreshing alcohol spray, I choose a top coat.
And don’t forget to get a loyalty card. You can save a few bucks.

This is my go to nail place. I highly recommend this place. I tell people about this place all the time; I bring my friends ad family; I love it.
They are super clean, and everything is always disinfected, which I love.
The staff is super sweet. They are nice to everyone, and not fake nice: actual nice. They really really care that you are happy with your nails, and will ask you all the time if you like it so far.
They do a great job on nails. I’ve only had one friend who wasn’t happy, and she didn’t tell them that she didn’t like something, which they would have changed for her in a heartbeat.
Their hours are 10 – 5 on Sundays, and 9 – 7 on the rest of the days. So freaking awesome. They’ve saved me before when I’ve come in without an appointment!
You can park tandem behind them in their stalls, or you can park on Kapahulu or at Safeway. I’ve never had a problem parking at Safeway but I do always feel nervous about it.
Prices are on the upper end reasonable, and they have a frequent customer stamp card.
If you’re looking for a nail place, check this one out. Hashtag recommended! And if you wanna go together… I may be down!
