The property manager we have now seems pretty knowledgable. He’s been in the business for 17 years and is new to the company. The lady we had before him was also knowledgable. They go over with the board about what needs to be done about the building. They have timelines about fire safety checks so we don’t go into violation. They also have timelines about when things need to be fixed or upgraded. They keep track of the maintenance fees to make sure that there’s a surplus for the projects coming up. The only thing I don’t like is that we had 3 property managers in the last 5 years. They’re either switching people up or there’s a high turnover rate over there.
