Nicole and her staff produce amazing, authentic food that not only tasted great, but uses only fresh organic ingredients. She caters to private events/​weddings and is worth every penny. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole and her assistant Nicole through Best Day Ever event planners who planned my wedding. Chef Nicole is so sweet and a joy to work with– from meal planning to the day of the occasion. Everything she prepared was delicious, organic, or locally farmed. We were even lucky enough to have a cucumber from her personal garden in our salad! Speaking of salad the citrus vinaigrette dressing is to die for! I was very impressed with their professionalism– they cleaned the entire kitchen when it was all over, packed up left-​overs, hand wrote re-​heating instructions, labeled everything, and put our wedding cake in a separate container with a label to be eaten on our 1st anniversary. I can’t wait for another opportunity to work with Chef Nicole.

On my last visit to O’ahu my friends and I had Chef Latorre cook us the best meal I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail including the visual aspect, ingredients, and service were above and beyond our expectations. I wish I could move Chef Latorre to Colorado where I live so I could have her cook for me daily! Thank you for catering to my diet so we could enjoy local foods, but remain healthy. I would 110% recommend having Chef Latorre cater an event or hold a private dinner. Well worth it! Cheers!

Chef Nicole made dinner for my husband, two friends, and myself this past weekend. and we couldn’t be more pleased! She was professional and courteous every step of the way. She helped guide us through a menu that was completely tailored to our liking, and she even was understanding when we had to push our meal time back by 20 minutes because of an unplanned traffic delay. The private chef experience is unmatched when using Hawaii Sustainable Chef LLC. We plan on hiring her again for another special occasion!

My family and I have had the pleasure of enjoying one of Chef Nicole’s amazing dinners. I was referred to Chef Nicole when I was looking for a personal chef/​caterer that specialized or was familiar with the alkaline diet. We were throwing a party for a family member who has cancer and he has completely changed his diet. Rather then screwing up the recipes trying to cook food and herbs I wasn’t familiar with we decided to consult an expert. Nicole is professional, kept us informed, planned an amazing menu and executed the meal with perfection. We were pleased with the butternut squash soup, kale salad, salmon, asparagus, okinawan sweet potato mash, baked fig stuffed apple and coconut papaya gelato. She is talented and cooks with the highest quality of organic and local produce and ingredients. If anyone is looking for a special meal, my family and I highly recommend Chef Nicole LaTorre– Hawaii Sustainable Chef. Thanks for blessing us with your food!
