Our highly skilled and experienced Chefs have worked in Hawaii’s top restaurants & hotels and are also locally trained by the Culinary Institute of the Pacific. Services provided can be customized for intimate or large scale events.

«On The Fly Private Chefs» is a Professional Chef Service Company that provides a fine dining experience in the comfort of your own home or vacation rental. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest level of customer service and professionalism through our event planning and execution. We have a variety of set menus and a la carte items that people can choose from to create a course dinner. If a more custom dish is desired, we work with our clients to build unique appetizers, entrees or desserts based on their tastes. With the Aloha Spirit driving us, we strive to build long lasting relationships with our customers, community, employees and the environment. We aim to become a recognized brand name on Oahu by outperforming our competition, and through doing so, building close relationships with our clients and a profitable company with a moderate annual return.

Jason P.
Business Owner
Jason Park began his culinary journey as a child raised in Dallas, Texas. He constantly helped his mother prepare traditional Korean meals for his family, as well as absorbing a strong love for southern cuisine. He moved to the East Coast as a teenager living in Boston, New York City, and New Jersey. He continued to extend his culinary knowledge by experiencing the strong Mediterranean influence of the East Coast. Jason first set foot in the culinary industry at the age of 16 by working in New Jersey’s Flanders Valley Golf Course as a prep cook which eventually led to line cook by the time he was ready for his next venture. At the age of 20, he became a server and experienced both hospitality and culinary sectors of the restaurant industry. Also working in various hotels and restaurants in Hawaii currently working at Roy’s Waikiki. Jason graduated from CIP with a Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, and also received a certificate in Pastry Arts.
