Established in 2013.

Jim moved to Hawai’i over 40 years ago. In 1997 he founded the company David James Interiors. He and his partner designed high-​end luxury homes on Diamond Head, Kahala, Kailua, and including a Horse Ranch in Ka’awa. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest on numerous occasions.

During Jim’s brief hiatus from interior design, he traveled, meditated, and published a book. He realized, however, that his passion for design could not be denied; thus the new company Granzow Langtry was born – a Honolulu designer and a New York designer, joining together to create comfort and elegance in Hawai’i.

During Brad’s 25-​year stint in Manhattan, interior design projects included a mix of residential and commercial projects. Through the years, Brad’s talent landed him in the pages of The New York Times, Vogue, and many fashion and trade publications.

Jim Granzow studied interior design at the University of Missouri. During Jim’s years in St. Louis he refined his sense of style working on many residential interior design projects. Jim moved to Hawai’i over 40 years ago. In 1997 he founded the company David James Interiors.
