History

Established in 2010.

Originally founded in 2010 as Computer Techs (Troubleshooters) Hawaii we have recently changed our name to EZ Techs Hawaii to better reflect our expanded service offerings: Device Repair (Computers, Tablets, and Smart Phones), Computer products and accessory sales; and buy-​sell-​trade services where we purchase used devices for refurbishing, parts, etc.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert I.

Business Owner

With over 25 years in the IT Support and Management business he brings a mature and high-​level view towards customer support and services. With degrees in Computer Science and Business Management, and a Masters in Telecommunications Technology he brings a great deal of knowledge and direction to this segment of IT Services. His policies are fair pricing, guaranteed services and exceptional customer support.

John is the Operations Manager and technical support guy. With over 6 years experience in PC/​MAC/​Phone Repair, plus several years in IT Support and Services (home networks, Small Business IT Support, etc.); he is able to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices, providing the least expensive solutions. Whether it is a virus problem, motherboard repair, over-​heating, or more serious issue; John and his team are able to resolve the issue and explain, in non-​technical terms, what was done and why.
